Ive been dry cleaning my clothes at this location for 10 years. The current owner says he took over the location 3 years ago . NEVER have i had any problem until recently. I took 50+ pcs just to findout they have been LOST . They are thieves. How would you possibly lose 50 pieces of clothing after years of going ?!?

They have a stand to sell customers' clothes, I found a shirt of mine hanging there that they were offering, I had been missing clothes for a long time and I didn't think it would be because of the cleaner. Even though the shirt hanging had my number, they were not able to send me a message before going on sale, so there is no order, they can make you a lot of wasted clothes to SELL, I WILL NOT RETURN HERE.

Completely ruined my clothes! Don’t bring anything here! They said they don’t read the care tag and just throw everything in the washer. A waste of time and thousands of dollars worth of my clothes ruined. Did not apologize once for the damage and tried to shift blame and make excuses. Literally a terrible business, don’t bring anything here!’

Terrible service, I brought a couple of clothes, and I'm missing a shirt, I had it for early today, they told me that it was returned because it was poorly ironed, no one responded for that, not even the owner, now I demand the money for that shirt because new ed, I have an important event for today and the shirt was not available, I do not recommend it at all ?????????

If I could give negative stars that would be too good. I took a pair of slacks to get repaired and washed. They had my clothes for over 2 weeks. I went to get them and they could not find my pants. How do you lose clothes? They tried to give me a store credit. Nip sir, I'm taking my business elsewhere...

10/10 would not recommend. I came here to get my dress steamed and cleaned. There was only a small stain on the bottom. When I came to pick up my dress is was wrinkled and just horrible. I've given it back to them so they can fix it about three times and it's only gotten worse. The color began to fade, they replaced some clips on the back with buttons, the dress shrunk, and it's very wrinkled from the bottom. They are refusing to pay for it even though it's obvious there is no repair. They say they have done dresses like mine multiple times, but I don't understand why they ruined mine. We had to purchase a new dress.

They destroyed my friend's quince dress. Instead of dry cleaning it like you're supposed to they put out in the washing machine and the dress shrunk, the button came undone, the details were destroyed, and the dress became discolored. They do not know how to properly clean delicate garments like this dress. 10/10 would not recommend.

These retards lost my clothes then tried to say I never brought them to the cleaners. It took them almost 3 weeks to give me the money only after I pitched a fit about it. The owner nor manager ever contacted me. I would give them -10 but I can't. Horrible experience for a first timer.

Ghetto ass place, the phone number on the website and store window is disconnected. We got there around 7:40 and nobody was in the front, the open light was on we waited and waited. Finally like at 6:55 an older lady started coming to the front but instead decided to play with her cell phone and went to the back again.

Took a $100 dollar polo shirt after I pick it up knowdes it hat a little tear on it took it back same day the guy at the register told me come back tomorrow when owner here went back next day girl at he counter now told me that the owner was the one I talked to the day before ?????????? Sucks the guy even told me the owner had to pay my shirt if I still had a recite still on the shirt LIAR. I rather not take business there any more.
