Like so many other people with, CD problems. Left message via online banking three days ago. No answer. Left voicemail messages at multiple branches, including Tera Jennings, per this review page, no answer. That was after a run around with Tricia Paddle (?), and yet more runarounds with "Roxanne" and "Frankie" and "Roberta". Called another branch. Finally spoke to a person, Rebecca Laboriel. Sent necessary documents with with request for her to call back, crickets... Called them back, Rebecca was "with a customer" (I'm a customer). Explained time senstive matter, asked to speak with the branch manager, Bharti Patel, who, at 3 pm her time was lunch. Apparently lunches only last an hour, but now it's been more than an hour. No one's called me back. Am about to contact the Federal Reserve and the California banking commission...

My CD is coming up for renewal and no one is answering. It asks for extension but doesn’t provide any listing. Not a good way to attract business & customers, hope the bank realizes & corrects. Need to call Federal & state regulators if needed.

Terrible. Can not talk to any one and they do not return phone calls. I have a cd due next week and need to talk to a live person. May have to call FDIc or banking co.

Avoid this bank. They are thieves trying to charge you lots of money for a check

though I am not a customer of the bank I would like to state that the state bank of Texas is doing well and I highly appreciate the hard and sincere efforts of Chan Patel who was my childhood friend and neighbor in Mumbai(India)

This place is the absolute WORST. i have so much fraud that continues to happen on my accounts. the information is not safe here. They are no help and the bank is not FDIC insured. I'm reporting this place. Terribly run
