I ordered a pair of valenteen heels for my engagement party here. the heels were supposed to arrive one day before the party. i hadn’t received them by then so i went in-person to buy the same pair and planned on returning the ones that were shipped when i got them. unfortunately they didn’t have the same shoe in-store so they helped me choose a similar shoe. i spent $309 here PLUS $150 for the online order all because their shipping time is inaccurate.i came to the store today to return the shoes i bought in person since i didn’t need them after the online order arrived on the day-of my party.i gave the shoes to the employee and she rolled her eyes and looked at her manager and said “no, right?” under her breath. NO WHAT?! basically they said i wore the shoes and they can’t take them back. yes i did wear them IN YOUR STORE when i tried them on. the girl went to get a “second opinion” and said they can’t resell them since they’ve been worn so i can’t get a refund. i pleaded and she said “well how about store credit?” hunty that would allude to you accepting the item as “worn” and “sellable” she went and got a different manager who basically told me to leave. didn’t even put the shoes back in the box.i like this company’s shoes because they’re accessible and trendy. but the customer service is wilddddd and i plan to shop at zara and JCampbell for my shoes from now on.

7pm is WAY too early to close during the week! when you leave work around 530 then sit in Dallas traffic (which continues to get exponentially worse) it’s nearly impossible to make it there to buy anything. 8 is even still a bit early for people who work full time, but 7??? What’s the point of even being open on weekdays and attempting NorthPark on a weekend is another post itself.Anchor stores like Macy and Nordstrom remain open until 9, I don’t see why Steve Madden has to go to 9-5 workdays. Open later and stay open later so people can actually shop… I just want to see what they look like on me before I drop $200 and wait for shipping to order online

Literally no one in the store 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. The associate stood behind the rope barrier about 2 feet away from me and gave me the 1 minute finger and exchanged information in a customer's iPhone. I just wanted to look at shoes. Why are we waiting in the mall hall? No thanks I waited about a minute and walked away. I'm sure they are losing lots of business this way. I won't be back. The shoes are not all that to have you waiting like you're getting into Buckingham Palace. I could see if they were swamped. Literally 3 customers in the store and at least 3 associates working. Ridiculous!

Idk why people are putting such bad reviews but every time I go here, I have a 5 star experience. I love how they greet me every time and the vibe is always on point. And I love my shoes.

the bitches at this store are rude as hell and they lack good customer service and it's obvious that they don't care.. it's real sad that they're black women too. Almost everytime i buy steve maddens from this location my shoes always have a scratch or mark. SAD ASF. i'm done coming to this location for maddens. y'all suck fr.

Great Selection of boots and casual styles this year. The Lasso and Lassy western trendy cowgirl boots are a must have! The staff is so kind and helpful.

This location never has enough inventory for THE MOST COMMON SHOE SIZES 8, 8.5 and 9. They also need to revamp their customer service skills/brand…the whole snobby, ignoring dressed down folks, haughty trope will get you CANCELLED.I walked in at the same as Rebecca…of course she was rolled out with Black tie customer service, they probably would have washed her feet if they had a bucket and towel. All I got a dry “hi, welcome in” in the most insincere tone. Top it off, I had to chase people down to check for my shoe size, just to be brought out with shoes that have been worn.North Park, needs to require better standards with these little ratchet vendors they have taking up space and f’n up peoples day.

I work in the mall in the luxury side so I know how greeting and assisting and customer service works. One of my clients told me about the sale going on currently so right after work I changed and ran over there because I’ve been wanting new sandals. I love Steve Madden and I walk in and I was not greeted, that’s fine maybe they’re all busy. I take a look around and I see Multiple shoes I want , I see multiple associates staring at me but no one asks me how I’m doing or if I need a size . I continue looking around and each employee stares at me from the other side in the most rude way. At this point I want to try on 5 shoes and STILL no one comes up and provides any service. It wasn’t busy, there was 1 family in there . I head to the front and look at the associates and again staring at me with a rude look, so I decided to just leave. I’m not coming back and I’m not recommending anyone else to. I don’t know why I was the only one not being spoken to.

I went into the store buying a pair of shoes and my card was not going through on their end of the system. It said approved on the screen but two of the ladies that worked there said no it didn’t go through. There was a charge on the first card I used and they said it should fall off within a few hours. I used another card which approved as well and they said the first charge will fall off. The women were so rude and were told me we can’t do anything and we can’t help you. The charge approved on both cards and when I called Steve Madden store about it the lady was super rude. Needless to say don’t come to this location

I just wanted to say thank you to Lenette, I was so indecisive on what color Maxima sneakers I wanted to get, I literally sent her to the back at least 8 times, she remained patient and she didn’t stop until I had a color I was satisfied with (Rose gold), so this review is specifically to say thank you Lenette for your patience, and GREAT customer service skills, you ROCK ?????? ❤️????????

Myron had the worst customer service I've ever experienced! On October 16th Myron confronted us for walking in without permission and told us we can get the F out. I walked into the store and he was upset that we didn't let someone walk us in. I was excited to buy some bday shoes but Myron became disrespectful because we didn't wait for him to let us in. He processed to compare the store to LV and said "you wouldn't do that to LV". Very uncalled for. I decided not to get my bday shoes because of his actions. I don't think he should be fire but a customer service training is definitely necessary. Please talk to Myron proper guidance.

Love there shoes. Went in for a bigger size and the exchange process was so easy! Everyone was so friendly and helpful!!Shopping online was also easy and I love the coupons they send. I need them because I want this shoe in every color!!

I don't think the staff here are welcoming to Asians. They didn't say hello when we walked in, but they did greet two white people who came in just 1 minute after us. Even when we asked if we could try the shoes on, they turned away.
