Wonder who owns this? They are never open but can still afford 2 BMW AMGs and multiple other vehicles and large construction equipment. 3 months have gone buy and everything is still just sitting there. If you read this, I m a veteran and wanted to inquire about maybe donating the space for for mechanic training or a vehicle to a vet that could use it. Doesn’t hurt to ask. Appreciate it!

Wondering if this place is even still open. The last few times I've driven by, there is a lot of garbage in the parking lot and and a bunch of vagrants living there.

I have found my mechanic!!! I am new to Dallas area. My car died and I had it towed by AAA. They asked if I wanted it to go to a AAA authorized dealer, so I agreed. I rode with the wrecker to Stone Premier Auto. I called first to make sure they could get me in. Randy met me in the parking lot with a smile and a handshake, They changed my alternator in record time and the bill was reasonable. The service is above all I have encountered. I am so thankful to have found Randy and Stones.. Honest, fast and friendly!!! Great coffee too.

My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles here. I feel like they are very fair. You feel welcome the minute you walk in the door. Randy helped both of us. The shop is clean and the waiting area is also clean. I had a check engine problem on my BMW. I also had them change the oil since I they already had my car. The problem was minor, and I was pleased with the result. I have brought my car back several times for minor repairs. My husband has brought our work van in several time for repair. They did his repairs in a timely manner and were fair on his prices too. He is on his way right now to see if they can repair the air in his van. Sure hope they can because it is hotter than heck outside today! Thanks Stone's Premier Auto for taking care of both of our cars. Vince and Diane

Randy and his team took wonderful care of my 2009 GMC Envoy. The back lift air bags were old and leaking badly and turned my car into a low rider after a few hours. Once the ignition was on they would fill back up with air and my are wound rife normally. I finally had enough and all fixed up. No more sagging rear end. They also treat my elderly mom and dad well with their repairs, that in itself is awesome. Thanks guys!

I had been taking my car here for quite some time and I trusted the mechanics to be honest and to get the job done. The last time I took my car in they told me everything was fixed, on the short drive home the check engine light comes right back on. Not only did they they not fix the problem, but made it worse. Do not take your car here, you will pay more than you need to and your problem might not get fixed.

Had to have my 15 year old vehicle towed late at night to this place because it was within the 7 mile radius per AAA. I have not had great luck with mechanics since moving to the Dallas area 4 years ago so I was reluctant to leave it there. I do however, feel these guys treated me very fairly. They knew I had already spent a great deal of money trying to find the problem so they fixed my issue and even cleaned up my battery gables for me so they wouldn't have to be replaced. They let me know what my vehicle needed to have worked on additionally but didn't pressure me to do it that next day. I appreciated that. I will be back and will recommend them.

First time customer and they padded my bill with a lot of false charges... AAA referred me to Stone, my diagnostic report from Autozone said I needed a thermostat, but Stone told me I needed a radiator, not a thermostat, so I went back to get the radiator, which was iver$500, instead of the $235 quoted to me for the thermostat. When I went back to get the radiator, then I was told I needed wheel bearings, so I told them no! I took my truck to Nissan for an oil change, and Nissan provided me with a printout of their inspection and report did not mention anything about wheel bearings. It has been several months, still don't need wheel bearings. Stone Premier made up bogus repairs... They lost me as a customer, no thank you. I dont recommend Stone, but if you decide to go, pay attention and proceed with caution!
