I purchased a beautiful pair of $500. blue suede 3" heels in a narrow size on-line. They fit wonderfully however I couldn't wear the high heel. When I went to return them to the North Park store in the mall, they wouldn't take them back. They said they had markings on them that made them non-returnable. That was something they totally made up. I Never wore the shoes outside. I only wore them inside when I tried them on and attempted to walk. One of the markings was from the paper items that were inside the shoe when packaged. Amazing!!! Also I tried some other SW shoes on in Neiman Marcus and they were totally not sized correctly. Bad for Stuart Weitzman.

Ordered shoes online and went in store to see if they could possibly stretch them out for me. Lily was so sweet, went above and beyond and expected nothing in return. People like her make one feel comfortable to walk in the store and make it a good experience. I will now order the shoes to be shipped to the store and make sure they fit right then and there. Thank you, Lily!

I just got a pair of shoes in this particular location. Hayley was helping me out. She was so nice! She found the shoes that I thought sold out. She also helped me do the stretching multiple times till we got it to the perfect fit. And was just a great presence overall. Wonderful experience and a great deal.

I wish I could give this location a zero, so I guess I have to settle for a one-star. Don’t expect great customer service from this location. Over Christmas, my mom bought me some shoes and sent them over to my apartment because we didn’t think it would get to her place on time. Funnily enough, they got to my apartment quickly. I just got back this week and tried on the shoes. They were a little too big so I went to the store and asked if I could exchange for a smaller size. They refused because they were “final sale.” They were not bought on final sale. Really terrible service and they weren’t empathic at all. They also had the audacity to tell me I could take the shoes to a consignment store. Update: Talked to customer service over the phone and I’m able to return the shoes. Goes to show that the sales associates at this store really don’t care about their clients. No wonder this location has awful reviews.

Not sure about the negative reviews here however, this store and staff are absolutely terrific! They went out of their way to locate a boot and had it shipped to me. Hailey was wonderful and so very patient and helpful. I would recommend this store and the brand 100%.

Specifically regarding Northpark Dallas location...worst customer service ever. I don't think I will ever buy a pair of Stuart Weitzman shoes again. I walked out of the crowded mall and into the store. I was the only customer inside. There were two sales people with one on her phone. They barely greeted me. I looked without either of them asking if they could help me find something. I found a few pairs to try on and asked for my size. The man disappeared and came back with one out of the two...I was a little disappointed because he didn't find the one that I preferred. The female salesperson then chimed in and said that they were out of that other shoe storewide. I tried on the other briefly and said that I didn't really like a pointy shoe so I would pass. They didn't ask me if there was anything else they could show me or what occasion was the shoe for. When I commented that neither of them was really trying to assist me and that I guess I was out of luck, neither responded, so I began to leave the store. I was willing to spend over $500 on a pair of shoes. I then said, "Well, I guess I will spend my money elsewhere." The female employee then said something like, "Yes, I guess so. Have a nice day," in a sarcastic tone. I turned right around and came back asking her for a business card. Then I lectured her about customer service. She then told me that she had the right to tell me to leave the store. She did not get me a card. Nor would she give me her name. Then she told me that she was calling security. I said, "For what telling you that you are terrible at customer service? Go right ahead." As I walked out again, I told her to tell security they could find me walking to Neiman Marcus. I immediately called Stuart Weitzman customer service where a friendly person apologized and took down the information promising that someone will get back to me. However, I will never go back in that particular store again. That person should either be fired or go through extensive customer service training.

I would just like to say that I’m Highly satisfied with the customer service I got from a young lady today who I believe was the manager she was very patient and helpful in helping me find the perfect boots for my girlfriend my girlfriend was so happy and loved them thanks for the great service for my first time I Definitely recommend shopping at Stuart Weitzmans.

Sales people do not greet you when you walk in even when there is no other customer around. The girl that helped me, Haley was nice enough but they dont offer help until you ask to try something on. The male sales person there had a very judgmental attitude that I could sense and see even though he was wearing a mask. Don't really understand why sales people are snooty - they're in sales, I'm sure none of them are super wealthy to have such a higher than thou attitude. I did end up buying a pair of shoes but I'll never go into that store again. Online shopping is the way to go.

Terrible customer service they would not take a return claiming I had bought on sale which was not the case. I will never shop there again and warn other of their unreasonable policies.

This store was closed in the middle of the day. Said they would return at 4:00. I wait for over an hour yet no one was there to reopen at 4. What a joke of an operation.

My review is specific to the NorthPark store, not Stuart Weitzman shoes or the quality--I have no problem with the shoes. I was told that a pair of shoes (that I needed within a few days as a gift) was on hold for me over the weekend. When I came into the store on Monday morning, the shoes weren't on hold (or available in the store) and all of the associates acted like I was crazy when I insisted that someone had confirmed the hold. I then had to ASK them (instead of them offering) to overnight the shoe from a different store. I also had to ASK for them to waive overnight shipping as a courtesy for the hold "mixup". I paid for the shoes and was told they would arrive at my house the next morning by 12pm noon. I was also told that I would get the tracking emailed to me. When the tracking never came, I called back around 6pm only to find that the shoes were never shipped out and I wouldn't be receiving them. This store has HORRIBLE customer service at this location and takes no accountability for their mistakes.

After reading the negative reviews I did not have very high expectations walking into the store. However, I was proven wrong. Customer service was top notch. Dominique was helping me and she was so very sweet and so helpful! She offered me something to drink as I was shopping. Game me great suggestions and tips on how to keep the suede of the boots looking fresh and new. She was very engaging and personable I ended up with 3 items instead of intended 1!! I'm so happy with my experience and will recommend this store/Dominique in particular to my friends for their SW needs :)
