I have been trying to go here for days and every time I go they have the door locked and the “I will be back” sign but they don’t come back until it’s time to close and then lock the doors. Call before you come to make sure it will really be open.

Dear Studio Collections Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the discrepancy between the advertised opening hours of your establishment and the actual opening time.
According to both your website and the signage on your door, Studio Collections is supposed to open at 10:00 AM on Fridays. However, when I arrived at 9:15 AM, having traveled a considerable distance of 45 minutes, I found the establishment closed. This not only inconvenienced me but also wasted my time and transportation costs.
As a loyal customer who values punctuality and relies on accurate information, I am highly upset by this experience. I urge you to rectify this issue promptly to avoid similar inconveniences for other customers in the future.
I would appreciate it if you could provide an explanation for this discrepancy and assure me that steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not occur again.

found my quince dress here and it was a very good price! owner and workers are very nice, helpful, and attentive. my dress came in 5 days after ordering it.

We shopped for my daughter’s prom dress here recently and even though we didn’t find one she loved, the experience was top notch! The ladies here were amazingly helpful and so patient with us. The dresses were gorgeous and there was a large selection.

I selected a dress I liked & since my size was not available I was told I could get it ordered & it would arrive in 3 weeks. I was told to pay for the dress in advance therefore I did. A little over 3 weeks later I still had not gotten a call so I decided to call. I was told that I would be contacted within that week so I'd be able to pick it up. Instead of getting a call saying my dress was ready they told me the dress was no longer handled through that certain company, they told me I could go back to the boutique & get a new dress (pay the difference) or get the same dress (there was no point in that, the sole reason I had to order it was because my size wasn't available). That same day I went to the boutique wanting to know why it had taken over 3 weeks to notify me that the dress I had already paid for & was no longer handled. When I got there I asked just that. Instead of getting a straight forward answer I kept getting my question dodged. Not helpful at all. I was told the company no longer handled that dress, but that another company had already shipped my dress. My thoughts were okay, but why am I hearing this from you in person & not through a phone call? You're telling me if I hadn't come in I wouldn't have gotten a call letting me know the dress was being shipped through another company? Before I left the boutique they told me that the dress would be ready that week & that I'd get a call. That statement was true. The day I got a call saying my dress had arrived I went to the boutique. Once I told the woman I was there for my dress that I had been waiting for, for weeks, she brought out a dress that was slightly darker, the jewel belt only covered half of the waste when the original one covered all of it, & the strap was different. Needless to say I was upset & frustrated. I understand a company no longer handling a dress, but the lack of knowledge that the boutique had of this is beyond me. There was clearly not efficient communication between the company & boutique, as well as the boutique with the customer (me). I won't be returning to this boutique, too much of a hassle & too many inconsistencies as far as calling or lack there of to their customer.
