went in to place a takeout order and an older gentleman who attended us had an attitude when we while we placed our order didn't really acknowledge us I asked him a few times about what we wanted on our subs and the other items we placed and he said I got it and just walked to the other end of the counter he bagged our sandwiches and walked to the register walked to the place order end came back out our sandwiches and I asked about the churros he didn't say anything there was a female that basically just looked at us smiled we stood there by the register he went to the other end as the female attended someone else he just mentioned you can pay I said well I wasn't sure what to do since you just walked away and said nothing he didn't even say what the total was came back gave the rest of our order I said your machine isn't processing the payment he gave me attitude and said there go ahead and pay which I did he literally just walked away I asked for my receipt the female came and handed it to me as he was on the other end not sure but seems like he was the manager but the way he treated us I will never come here again id rather just go to a different location then come here to get subs I usually place my orders online but no more and its literally down the road just stay away and go to another subway or any other business

I go to this location about twice a week for a quick lunch and the ladies are all so nice. The service is always great.

Do not go here! I visited on October 14th at 2:50pm and had the worst experience. I came in my daughter, we plan to get separate orders. There was an African-American male ordering quite a bit and the young lady prepared his order could have used some help. I noticed there was an older, short and stout Hispanic lady standing at the end of the register putting on gloves but never came down. After the nice young lady began making my daughter's order, the other lady came over, asked the Hispanic male behind me if she could take his order and begin making his sandwich. I waved my hand saying, " Hey, I'm next". She looked at me then began taking his order in Spanish not as she did in the beginning which was in English. She moved the sandwich around my daughter's sandwich to ring him up before me and my daughter was taken care of. The nice young lady knew that it wasn't right, she asked if I wanted her to make my sandwich and I allowed her to do so. Since I was clearly still upset, I had to walk away for a minutes and just told my daughter to put her order with mine. I came back in to ask for a manager I noticed the older lady was laughing and giggling with the Caucasian and other Hispanic guests while making sandwiches. I asked the nice sweet young lady for a manager she told me that was not one on duty and she apologized for my experience which was fine. The older lady that appeared to not want to serve African-American people gave me the look of disgust and did not apologize not one time. I went home and reached out to their headquarters online. They replied back saying that they were small owners and the lady did not intend to display that type of behavior and offered me two free footlongs. No thank you, I don't need food to make me feel like I'm being valued after I was mistreated at your establishment. This was actually insulting. I should have walked out in that ordered anything honestly. It is sad that that is the best that they could do and that they believe that will fix the issue. Maybe the older Hispanic lady and was the the one that wrote me back. That is some sad and sorry customer service. Please close this place down if you do not know what it takes to give exceptional service every time. I used to go here and it was a great location to go to but it has gone downhill. Do not go here!

Hispanic manager refuses to take coupons. Had a coupon for two footlongs for $12.99 and ordered the “supreme meats” and “boss”. When it came time to check out the manager told me the coupon does not work for those particular sandwiches. I told him to read the fine print as the sandwiches I ordered are not on the list of excluded sandwiches. He still wanted to charge me full price so I walked out. Hopefully they at least give those sandwiches to the homeless person sitting outside.

I should have been paying more attention at the counter. Especially since I had to repeat each thing two or three times to my sandwich maker. Sandwich looks good. I pay and take my sandwich outside. Decided to check it out before I left. My tuna sub was sans any tuna. So I go back to the counter and 'splain' it again. My sandwich maker adds my tuna to my tuna sub, turns to me and says, "that will be $3 extra". Yeah, I don't think so.

I hardly give bad reviews but the manager was so rude. I was ordering for somebody else and the order happened to get messed up. I came back up to the store. She was like you need to stay off of your phone. I said I was ordering for someone else, I would need my phone. She remade the sandwich for me and had an attitude, of course. but I let it go came back the next day from a work out wanting a good sandwich and she had a demeanor of hatred and then she was petty enough to say a comment about the banana peppers because that’s what the order had got messed up on yesterday and said, are these banana peppers OK for you. so subway I would advise you to reconsider your management.

Meatball sandwiches can vary wildly from Subway to Subway, and the ones here are never dry or overcooked. Always tasty and just right. It's too bad the "Christian rock" radio BLARING at ear-splitting volumes overhead makes being in the dining room for any longer than absolutely necessary such a pain. Would have given 5 stars if not for the "music" making me flee back to my car as soon as I have my food. If a metal head says your music is too loud, YOUR MUSIC IS TOO LOUD.
