I love this store and their very knowledgeable staff! They are always quick to help me find something, and carry only the highest quality brands and product ranges. Prices are competitive with Amazon, if not cheaper oftentimes. So happy to have this local gem in my neighborhood.

If you're health conscious at all, you will fall in love with this place. They carry the best supplements in the city. I go there to purchase fresh bone broth as well.

This may be a slightly different review than others. I have been shopping at Sundrops for about 30 years. First, when they were on Oak Lawn and then when they moved to Central Expressway. I was a young man when I met Mark Herrin. Now, not so much. IIn 2014 I became ill and have utilized Mark's knowledge (which is vast) I have spent allot of money over the years at Sundrops. Recently, something has changed. Maybe Mark is tired of talking to me, or lending advice. Certainly, no more so than I enjoy being in pain. Mark's answers are terse and frankly, rude. It's OK. He's "overly busy." As a former business owner, I find his recent behavior to be reprehensible as a human being. Busy or not, you don't talk to customers in this matter. It's nice when life goes smoothly, but I remind everyone reading this things can change in an instant. I can buy anything I need online and will do so going forward. They also have a pretty good bit of turnover at the store, and I think some of the people could be better trained. I wish him more "overly busy" days and continued success.

5 stars for the company/store selection as a whole. As knowledgeable as their staff is, there is a woman there that is so unfriendly and just overall bad energy. I usually shop online because I just can't go in and possibly interact with her. Today unfortunately I had to go in to pick up a bottle of something and sure as luck would have it, she was there. To be fair, she helped me find what I was looking for but again had a bad attitude. I don't think I've ever seen her smile. Frustrating.

Sundrops has the most helpful, informative staff to consult when you're unsure about products. These people are knowledgeable about nutrition and physiology, and what supplements can aid in your particular problem. This is my favorite spot to get schooled in a very important part of life which is to stay healthy.

Love this shop and the experienced people they employ- so glad to send patients there to be informed about supplements before buying them. Carry the majority of the major brands and have a great selection of higher quality supplements. Have known Mark for years and he has been a great resource.

Poor customer service. Mark is always changing the rules for the sales. He gives exceptions to his favorite customers but not all of them. I saw a man in there without a mask and the management didn’t say anything to him. He was very pushy and tried to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need, I felt that he didn't listen to that I really wanted and just started recommending products to me to make sales.
