Very very disappointed. I had asked the lady (I don't want to share names, but will not be going back) to cut my very long hair just below my shoulders, but after two hours and $60+ I have an extremely short haircut. I asked for no layers, and it is nothing like I requested. I can't even put my hair up in a pony tail. Extremely slow. I asked for my hair to be curled as I paid 25 extra for a blow dry and it came out wavy at best. Very disappointed.
