A big shout out to Chris, Cheema and Ivan for doing a Hands-On first class job of our new kitchen and all of our interior and exterior doors we couldn't be happier! When I say they are hands on to make sure you are a satisfied customer is an understatement. Between come to our home delivering something that didn't get loaded on the truck personally phone calls emails and text messages to make sure everything was running smoothly of the installation of our new kitchen is more than five star rating!!!!! The quality of our cabinets you wouldn't even be able to tell that they were not custom build actually quality as well as the doors are excellent quality as well! If you're looking for excellent customer service with the owners at your Service personally this is the company to work with. Chris has impeccable knowledge of custom fitting your cabinets in your space. They work hard to make sure you are 100% satisfied with what you purchased from them! I would recommend them to anyone with no hesitation.

We found this store while going to visit another surplus. The customer service was great and we loved to see the kitchen and bath displays for ideas for our own project. The warehouse in the back has a huge selection and we found some tile we liked. After making my purchase and leaving, they were very understanding when I came back a few hours later to return some of the tile as it appeared a different color in the sunlight than what I had thought inside. I will definitely return to make further purchases in the future.

This place have nice prices but almost everything is out of stock and customer service is extremely bad. We waited almost 35min. Only for them to tell us to go find it ourself. I am remodeling my bathroom and he basically didn't want to listen to us and then send us to the back to find it ourself. At the back, there was nobody to help us. When we finally found someone is was another rude person. At the end we went to another store. Customer service is really bad in that place, they were just talking at the front desk.

Stopped here looking for a specific item. They were out of stock but they have some great bargains here. The customer service was excellent as well. If you are renovating, remodeling or building, check this place out.

I paid $75 for an estimate for countertops and shower. When Chris came to my home they only measured and provided estimate on shower. I followed up with Chris today and he advised me that I should pay an additional $75 for the estimate for the countertops that surplus supplies advised they would cover when I paid for the initial estimate. I decided not to do business with this company because they were not truthful. Furthermore, Chris was rude and unwilling to assist me in resolving this issue.

Just happened upon this place about 15 minutes before closing time. Kris walked us through and showed us available options like it was 15 minutes after opening - no rush whatsoever. He came out the next day to do measurements for quartz countertops. They were ready to be installed within a week. Installation day did not quite go as expected, Kris came over and determined that the only way we would be satisfied is if he re-cut the largest piece. He did just that, and within the week it was installed and PERFECT. The installer (Andy) was a ninja with the on-site cuts. Overall, fair price, great service, and most importantly, Kris is a man of his word.
