This has to be the friendliest gym in Dallas! I’m a travelling fitness model, bodybuilder and gym owner myself so I have high standards and Svelte ticked all the boxes. Brilliant music, perfect air temp, good variety of kit, only a small amount of people training at once. Exciting to learn they’ve got more kit coming too! Can’t wait to come back, thanks for your hospitality.

Love the environment. It’s non-intimidating, but rather encouraging. Amrutha is a great instructor. She is dedicated and assistive to each individual that attends her class. Will continue coming back.

Dropped in on the Women's Barbell class and the Mobility class. I enjoyed them both! Kaitlyn, the owner, was great! Totally recommend!

I love this gym! I’ve been going for about 8 months and the community wonderful. The women’s barbell classes taught by Kaitlyn are perfect for women new to lifting and everyone is so friendly and encouraging! Kaitlyn always programs great workouts and created a really cool environment! BONUS: they are currently renovating and adding in some fantastic amenities.Whether you are completely new to exercise or looking for a challenge, I highly recommend Amrutha’s classes. She plays the best music to get you motivated to workout (even at 7 am!) If you are new to working out, Amrutha does a great job of breaking down form and pushing you to meet your goals.Overall, this gym is fantastic and I am so happy to be apart of this community!

Amazing layouts, excellent staff. Unlike several other gyms in the area, it is really clean. The majority of locals take bodybuilding and fitness seriously. Since joining Svelte Performance, I've loved changing my game up. Not your standard mambee-pambee fitness center.
