If I could tell you only one thing about Szor Collections, it would be that their customer service is exceptional. The best of any company you will ever interact with. Jay is so down-to-earth and easy to talk to, you'll want to be his friend. Every visit I've made to the store is a fond memory (even the times I didn't buy anything). The first time I visited the store, my son was 1.5 years old. I was a little worried about shopping around other people (the first Covid lockdown had just ended), so Jay generously offered to let me come in half an hour before the store opened for a private experience. My son got so anxious and frightened about being in a new environment that he threw up. Jay was unbelievably calm, gracious, and prepared. He had the floor clean in about a minute, and offered coloring books/cookies/toys to my wailing son -- all while reassuring me that he had a son the same age, and wasn't the least bit bothered. Obviously I had to cut this visit short, but Jay offered to text me pictures or videos of any pieces I wanted to see, or to meet another time at an outdoor environment if that would be less stressful for my son.Szor's jewelry selection is thoughtfully curated, and runs the gamut from more feminine to more masculine pieces. Items tend to feature less common materials (opals, moonstone, 24k gold). Designers include Barbara Heinrich, Petra Class, Atelier Zobel, and Denise Betesh. The online shopping experience is also excellent (they put a lot of time into their website and social media), but there are pieces in the store that aren't featured on the website, so it's worth visiting the shop if you can. This is definitely a small business that inspires loyalty, and I recommend them very highly.

Ordered a designer jewelry piece from this shop and it was shipped quickly with progress updates. Jay Szor was a delight to communicate with. The piece came in a beautiful package, with a few gifts included! Highly recommended.
