We came into the store today to buy my husband a new iPhone and had the GREATEST experience! We were immediately greeted and welcomed to the store and only had to wait a few minutes before being helped. Erica sat down with us and thoroughly explained all of our options for the phone, plan, insurance, accessories, etc. She was so pleasant and made us feel valued. The staff were all helpful and social and the store was VERY clean and organized. I could not be happier with our experience. This is the reason we stick with T-mobile.... good service and no hidden agenda or surprise fees. Job well done! Erica - you're a superstar

After 20yrs with you guys I’m out. My last store visit, was almost horrific but thanks too Braxton Thomas I have some restored faith in you guys. You need more employees like him.

Braxton at this T-Mobile location is by far the best cellular phone technician I have ever encountered. I bought my mother an iphone 14 plus because the battery in her iphone 8+ was weak. She was on "Straight Talk." I transferred the data to the new phone but the phone line didn't transfer. We tried everything to get it to transfer. We thought it was a bad phone. We talked to many people. We spent many hours. The old iphone stopped working but the new line number never started on the new phone. Nobody could figure it out. Then we took the phone to Braxton and said, "we need our old number, can you make it work?" He spent hours and hours on hold with our previous carrier. They would not give him the transfer PIN. My mom got hungry and left. He kept working. My mom had a beading class. He kept working. Finally, after more than 4 hours of wrangling with unStraight Talk, he got the number transferred. He is a hero. Now my mom has a phone with a battery that will last for days instead of minutes! Braxton deserves a big pay increase and a seat on the board of directors for the effort he put in. If you ever have phone problems... go to Braxton! He is the guy.

Ask for Alex when you walk in. He will give you excellent and personal service. While others had to wait months to get the iPhone 15 Pro in white, he got us one in just 3 days.

These stores are all challenging to do business at. I drove here because I was told by T-Mobile they have a particular screen protector in stock but upon arrival they did not. I struggled to get my situation explained to the staff in between the personal conversations that took precedence.

Customer service is on point. Just be patient and wait until they help those who arrived before you. We needed to make a payment. No difficulty at all. I don't want to get too specific due to the climate we're living in. Great location.

Erika, Yaminha, and Julie are a DREAM TEAM? they were all so sweet and made the process of getting my new phone so smooth. i swear no apple store in DFW had the pink iphone 15, i called everywhere…and somehow Erika pulled it off and walked out with one i couldn’t believe it! they walked us through all of our payment options and plan coverage, and answered every question with confidence and respect. these ladies know what they’re doing! you’re in good hands at this store.

Came in on 09/16 around 1:30pm and was provided amazing customer service by Alex. He was very patient and detailed. I appreciate how he remained focused, while the rest of the staff goofed off. There were at least two other customers in the store who should’ve been attended. This five star rating is for Alex only. I will definitely ask for him the next time I come in.
