I visited twice before deciding to make the switch from another carrier. Both times I was assisted by Tim. Tim was incredibly helpful, able to answer all my questions, and didn’t rush me at all. It’s because of Tim and his customer focus that I decided to switch! Tim is a great asset to the Dallas store and the company!

Store smelled bad when coming in. Store was packed and not enough representatives to help out. Stood there for almost 2 hours.

Horrible let two other people skip me in line. Waited here an hour. Overheard the manager talking about going to raves and parties. That’s not building customer report. It’s unprofessional. One day off from work and they don’t get people have other things to do.

Came to this store to make a payment and walked into a customer being very rude to the staff and the way they handled the situations with the highest amount of professionalism. Applause to them and I hope they keep up the amazing work. Mayra, Maria and Orlando are a 5-star staff.

I have had to go to this store twice in one week. The first visit was wonderful. I worked with an employee named "Tuesday". She was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I came in again two days later and was semi-greeted by someone who calls herself "Mary". She wasn't wearing a name tag and that was the name she gave. She as on a personal call on her ear buds and behaved very rudely. I am sure she can be seen on camera making ugly faces towards me once I turned my back (saw her reflection in the glass window), very mature. I had to call the T-mobile rep for additional assistance and the rep wanted to speak to her, she proceeded to be rude to him as well. Not sure why she chose to be mean this day but I am certain this is not the standard T-mobile represents. If she has done it me she has done it to others. This is the LAST time I will ever come to this store. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. But, her behavior towards me was embarrassing. I am deeply offended and highly disappointed. I was having a fantastic day until I met her.

Today I worked with Romeo and he got me in and out in less than 10 minutes. I needed a new screen protector for my 13 Max and he got me squared away so smoothly. Thank you so much for the great service! I’ll be back.

Very good customer service, as always at any phone store, it always takes a little longer that you expect. But once they help you they are knowledgeable, and try to expedite what you need as fast as possible.

Tuesdai was incredibly rude, did not listen to our problem, and was unhelpful even when they realized they charged incorrectly $40 for a screen protector. Fortunately, the manager Armando was helpful after we asked to talk to him.

I went in because my son phone was disconnected . Unfortunately but I put it in my name for my son so I could be the main account holder to help him get a newer iphone since he wasn't over 21 years of age..But when i went inside there was a payment missing they couldn't seem to find ln the system ? but we got it found discovered service was restored
