Today at this T-Mobile store(13301 Midway Rd Ste 200), I received the poorest and worst customer ever all my 20 years with T-Mobile.This customer service person( a young blonde gal) has no basic customer service skills and knows nothing about her work.She was dry, nonchalant, rude, giving one word responses to all my inquiries; clearly not knowledgeable about what she was saying and not eager to assist either. The whole experience was like pulling teeth.Upon asking for a manager, she was quick to let me know the manager was already gone for the day.I asked for her name and she had the audacity to ask me why it mattered...well customer service 101.Whoever the manager at this store is, please have this person (Lexxiii) in the back room unloading boxes or something because clearly front office customer service isn't for her.The one star is for the store being neat & tidy.T-Mobile, please do better !

HORRIBLE!!! Well First This Girl Hallie Opened Up 3 Lines In My Name WITHOUT My Authorization! I Than Called & This Lady Got My Info Due To Manager Being Out & Said That She Would Pass The Message On! 5 Going On 6 Days Later Nothing! So Now I'm Going To Pursue Charges Against T-Mobile (Midway)!

Dennis was absolutely helpful. Not something I experience often at places like this. Seriously some of the best service I’ve received from T-MOBILE. Thank you again, I’ll be back for that upgrade!

I was at the tmobile store, and Poli is very much a customer advocate and speaks on your behalf. Even though it was so busy, she went above and beyond to help with trying to fix my billing issue.

Great service. Went in there to get my Apple Watch set up and was met by a great staff. They answered all my questions and took care of me in a reasonable time.

I stopped by this location today. I was helped by Joseph. When I tell you excellent customer service. Very cool nice and down to earth. Overall experience was just amazing. I will most definitely come back. Great customer service like his doesn’t happen often. T-Mobile y’all got a gem with him.

Manager was supposed to call to help resolve an issue (a charge was made to my account that wasn’t supposed to) but nobody called or followed up, I had to constantly show up to the store and manager was hard to get a hold of. If I had not reviewed my TMobile account carefully, I would’ve never caught this unnecessary monthly over charge. Very unprofessional/unorganized customer service.
