Slow service best describes this place. No one that I saw was 'giving it their all.'All customers are relegated to the self-service kiosks, which means everyone is involved in meal production. It also means that those who aren't proficient at ordering via kiosk are forced to figure it out on their own.I did witness a frustrated foreign man finally get some assistance, but it took a while. Because of some dietary issues, I always customize my orders, so it's not an issue for me. However, I do sympathize with those who are unable or have difficulty.I did observe a woman wiping tables. She didn't seem to notice the man clearly sleeping in the booth next to the soda machine, because she just cleaned the tables around him. He was sleeping when I first entered the restaurant and he never roused throughout my meal and he was there when I left.I eat here from time to time, usually when I'm in a hurry. I'm not suggesting that customers skip the place, just be prepared to wait.

Came to pick up for uber took them 1 hr to give me a wrong order from Doordash I told them it was uber they they don't want to tell me how much longer it would take they didn't want to give me their names not even the manager the cook told me get out of there just for me asking for details wich by the way took a smoke break and didn't wash his hands before returning to work they also told me they didn't care about reviwes this happened 03/10/24 around 12-1 am I was picking up for customer Ben l

I ordered online. After an hour, it finally updated the status that my order was ready, so I walked in to pick up. I then proceeded to wait for over 40 minutes for them to make it, as they decided to mark it ready even when it wasn't.This isn't the first time they've done this - if it's not ready, don't mark it that way and I'll wait at home. I don't want to wait in the store with a bunch of pissed off employees and customers...This is the last time I will eat here.

Placed an online order. Drove to the store. Arrived 15 minutes after placing the order and they still have no record of an order. The staff was immediately out of their depth and unable to help. Do not rely on the online ordering system, you will not get food in a timely manner.

2 of my last 3 visits they forget an item. Email support and they also don't care to reply. Don't worry. They still make you pay for items you don't have.

To begin the service here very rude, either racist or just not as nice to same color people, girl that took order just didn't seem happy or cordial or just with any customer service etiquette, my ex is white and im latina and she was african american so i mean i saw her treating the other patrons better than us and well they werent white or latinos sooo; didn't pay attention to my order also. Bathroom surrounded by toilet paper all over the floor and disgustingly dirty bathroom.Ex says the girl who fixed my order was actually nice also african American so that is appreciated only reason why i gave 2 stars on food, the drive thru one just needs some customer service lessons and maybe more sensitive with other colors not just hers.Hoping that corporate or management at least does something I noticed I'm not the first with a complaint

The workers here don't care about running a good buisness. Food is always old. The chips are never fresh. Wouldn't recommend this location!

Dashayla manages the staff and operations really well. when I go there it’s always good customer service and food quality. Even at peak hours Wait times are not long and customer service is still important. I really appreciate Jackie’s kind spirit and smile each time And her attention to detail is
