These folks are great. I use them year after year. Courteous, quick, and never upsell. Was there yesterday to check my fluid levels before a trip. They did an oil top off and inflated my tires and didn’t charge me a dime. I typically use the one at 6403 Greenville Ave. Austin and Maliek were so nice. Highly recommend!

I am always happy with the service at store #0063! This visit Elijah and Diamond were the only 2 employees, ( I assume they had a couple of call outs) instead of being short and overwhelmed, Diamond and Elijah were courteous, pleasant and thorough even though they had a line of cars! I was incredibly impressed with how they worked together! They took on a bad situation and made each customer feel like they mattered and they were glad they were there. These 2 deserve a shout out for sure!

The crew was extremely professional and friendly. They made sure to greet each guest and hand out bottles of water.Throughout the service, I could hear the technicians repeating calls from each other that seem to be in place for safety and efficiency. They worked quickly to service my vehicle, including taking the heavy skid plate off without complaining.Austin is running a great operation and should be recognized by upper management. I highly recommend this location.

I recently had a nightmare of an experience, that was a bit of a fluke. I am writing this review however to commend how Take 5 management handled the situation. I was getting the first oil change in my recently purchased Mustang, that I did not realize was lowered. I got in just fine and received the oil change, but when pulling out my exhaust got caught on the pit and ripped it off. Make sure you check your vehicle before pulling in if it is low. Austin, the manager on duty, dropped everything to assist me, including staying after close waiting for the tow truck. He was extremely accommodating. The next day, Elijah the manager set up a claim for the damage which was reimbursed, no questions asked. While my experience was not ideal, it will not deter me from returning again when I don’t have a lowered vehicle.

I forgot to honk for great service when I left! I always feel overwhelmed getting any car maintenance done but I didn’t feel pressured to spend money that wasn’t necessary. I was offered a very cold and refreshing bottle of water and all of the associates were really nice. I will definitely be back!

Do not take your car to any take 5 ever again. They drained my transmission fluid on my Lexus. If you have a Lexus just pay the extra amount and go to the dealership. I will never go back to take 5, and will tell everyone I know to never go to take 5. Management won’t help you if they messed up your car, even with the receipt they tried to take out of my hands.

Great customer service! Due to the holidays the wait was understandably longer than usual but the guys kept checking on me. They also explained every step of the process. They were incredibly sweet and it was a pleasure to be there!

I was waiting here an hour before I was even seen. As I'm typing this they still haven't worked on my car yet. Take 5? Take 5 what? Million years.

The guy that helped me was very nice and the service itself was great. My only issue was the fact that I was there for two hours. I thought the whole point of being able to stay in the car meant express, but it didn’t feel express to me.

I love Take 5! Diamond and Elijah, the manager, are awesome! They went above and beyond to help me, and I love that Diamond kept me informed about the progress. They're honest without being pushy, and I trust that they will only offer me the services I really need. The customer service is just amazing. I can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work. I feel like royalty when I'm there! I'm a lifer. I will never go anywhere else.

I took my car yesterday for oil change. I have a 2023 ELANTRA and now my car will not run something happen in the process of when they were changing the oil in it and I left the oil light came on in the engine light came on and then my car shut off immediately and started shaking so we are in the process of trying to find out what it is but I will be speaking with you very soon if it’s a major issue.

No no no no no no no no don't choose this location as of 11/19/23.... One car in front of me, 30 minute wait, 30 minute wait in stall, 30 minute oil change with no mechanical issues of hood, oil plug or anything!! Double charge for oil change until I told her five times it appears you have two oil changes on the same screen?!?!? Changed oil type without asking before starting.... Came by here 3 times this week drove away bc long lines

Experience was solid as usual The techs were AWESOME. The prices were fair. The reason for 4stars instead of 5 is that it felt like they may be been understaffed for the volume of traffic. I bring all 4 of my cars to that location and will continue- they have earned my business

Echoing the other review that this location is severely understaffed. I came here on Monday morning just before 9am and the oil change took 45 minutes. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I’m not sure who is running this location from a management perspective but it’s ridiculous to expect only two humans to run this entire shop. Your oil change prices have went up - as has everything, I get it. If you aren’t using that additional revenue to pay staff a competitive wage, you should.
