The team here is always helpful and respectful. They go over the service in detail, they are efficient and fast! The best part you don’t have to get out of your car. I didn’t know they also offer state inspections, one stop shop!! I bring 5 cars to this location and will continue.

Super impressed and satisfied with Eli, the shop manager and his staff at this location! They went above and beyond to take care of my wife when our car was having issues and made sure it was back on the road faster than I had thought. The young man who attended to my vehicle was well versed and knowledgeable about my account and history of doing business with my local Take 5. I’d asked if I was using a synthetic or a blend, he promptly pulled up my last visit and informed me. I asked what the average maximum safe mileage is between oil replacements. He informed me, as I gave him my current odometer reading. We established that my car informs me every 3k miles that it’s time for oil replacement, as the Take 5 window sticker suggested. I asked about the extended safe milage due to the fact that it’s a High Mileage product that I’ve been using. And without a hitch, he let me know that the sticker milage is for a recommended check and top-off, which he then performed expeditiously. I went in dreading another $100 oil change, so you can imagine my relief to know confidently I can put it off for another few months seeing as how I don’t use the car very much anymore. His honesty is what transformed me into a life long customer of Take 5 at that very moment. Such a nice young man and more importantly a decent human being.When I was very young, I asked my father what I should be when I grew up. After a brief moment considering veritable myriad of different things, he said, “Honest. Be honest.” I’ll never forget his words, and I’ll probably never forget the integrity of your representative as he brings great credit to himself as well as the Take 5 organization at large. Kudos to you all for finding Assets as opposed to Liabilities to represent your fine car care establishment. God Bless you, and God Bless America.

Customer service was fast and seemingly nice, however I asked for Mobile 1 & the put in Duramax. I’ve been going to take 5 for this car since I purchased it as my wife was a former manager so I made sure to request exactly what I wanted in my car. I will be coming back for the correct oil, just delayed as I am a truck driver and dont have time to be dealing with this on what little time I have at home.Services: Transmission

My husband and I have been coming here regularly to service our cars over the past year. The team is so kind and they take good care of us. It has made an impact and we gladly come back when either of our cars need an oil change.

I do not recommend this place. They messed up my oil pan and they blamed other places that COULD'VE messed it up. I know it was them. They charge so much to replace it, I got it done somewhere else for less. Do not waste your time and money there, there are other places where they do it well and charge less.

Came to get my oil change done, and Elias was the man who helped me he was very nice and attentive. He changed out the oil then he walked around, and checked my cabin air filter (I didn’t even know there was a filter under the glove box) well it had never been changed so he changed it out as well. After he was done he told me that he had checked the other fluids, and they were all at a good level. He then rang me up and handed me a cold bottle of water. I was so happy with the service I came back again, but this time I brought my moms car!

This location at forest is pretty bad, I went twice for a state inspection. First time they said there was no inspector, come back in an hour. Second time they directed me to my lane and then the inspector came and said It is time for his linch break will have to come back in 30 min. Why don't you put what time do you work so you don't waist customer's time?

This place was awesome- Abe and Sammy specifically. They were quick, professional, and were not pushy on specific oils or changing air filters like other places. Hands down will go out of my way to revisit this location.Services: Oil change

I have been using Take 5 for a while and all the locations are not good. This location is a really bad one! I pulled in and waited on the attendant. When he did get to me I was told to back up so they could pull another car in front of me. The car was in the other lane waiting for the car in front to be finished. I backed up so the car could take my spot. And then I sat there for over 45 minutes while I watched 3 cars go the the other lane and the car I was told to move for was not being work on. The attendant came out to tell me it was going to be a little while before I could be helped. When I asked why the others were pulled ahead of me when I arrived before they did he just dismissed me and said I was crazy. Well crazy money spends somewhere else! I STILL LIKE TAKE 5 BUT THIS LOCATION IS RUDE AND RACIST! I would think the area managers would have better control but some people are just bad employees!Service: Oil change
