Cathy the manager would not let us exchange a pair of pants for one size different. All new in bag with all tags from earlier that day. Sad not even helping the guest service young girl who could not help and a manager that would not talk to a guest a leaving an hourly to try to help but really couldn't care less. No wonder the stock is down.

your website is horrific. i paid $99 for shipt and every time i try to place an order it fails. it won't even let me put in my credit card. such a tremendous disappointment!

I called to ask if they had a certain product. the first time they picked up they said nothing and then hung up. when I tried to call again, they didn't pick up the phone at all. Rude as hell.

Unfortunately, this Target is representative of the service you'll get in the area. Half the time I go, I'm met with nonchalant or rude service. They depend HEAVILY on their self-checkout lines and the attended registers often have long lines and slow service. Order pickup is a saving grace of this store - it's so convenient and 90% of my pickups have gone smoothly. If I could change one thing about this store it would be the friendliness of employees. It seems from the moment you walk in, you're seeing people in red shirts that don't want to be there. Huffing and puffing when asked about the location of an item or giving dirty looks when people are shopping in the area you'e restocking and blocking is just rude.

I'm not sure who's to blame for this Wether it's the stores issue or the delivery trucks. But the store 9440 marsh ln, parks it's huge delivery trailers in the street across the store instead of it's own trailer lot. The problem with this is that the trucks get park next to a neighborhood full of houses and kids walking about. The trailers are stationed on the street for 2-5 days and are unattended. They're a huge issue because when pulling into the street from northwest highway the trailers block the view and since they're huge there no way to tell if there's pedestrians or incoming cars. And can potentially cause an accident.

None of there Christmas trees are marked correctly! So when we go to the front and it rings up incorrectly. He says there is no way it's that price when he goes to the back. He was gone for a good 15-20 minutes. Called a manager no one came! This store has no management!! Stay away from this store

Should fire people at Pizza Hut came in today at 6:38 after shopping and they lazy asf don't make nothing ahead of time n always say they're out of s*** so they don't have to do anything and just chill in the back

Great place if you're in the market to get Covid!Seriously though. We stopped in here and were absolutely shocked. Multiple people walking around the store with not just improperly worn masks but with no masks in sight! You'd think it was 2019 or something! Our cashier even mistook the mask mandate as a fashion accessory/necklace and just let her nose and mouth be free! She didn't speak or look at us when we greeted her and honestly after seeing her full face and understanding that she couldn't give a rats a** about my safety, I wasn't surprised to find out she was also a b***** I tried calling customer service 8 entire times and they hung up or let it ring instead of putting me with a manager. I hadn't even said anything rude except "oh hello I'd like to be transferred to a supervisor or manager please". My guess is that they get enough complaints that they've stopped answering the phone. The whole "we are too busy to care" thing is hard to use now that their store isn't even busy and there's.l a state wide mandate demanding they make mask use mandatory. Beyond upset at this target for posting signs, washing off the carts, and then just letting massless employees and customers get us all sick. I know this store has been aired for covid violations before and I'm certain those violations will keep piling on. Disgusting.

I'm very disappointed with Love Field Target today. Stopped for dog food - starts off with a sign saying masks must be worn to enter the store. Great. Unfortunately the associate monitoring the door was on her phone, ignoring the woman in front of me walking in without one, until I spoke up. Many people were in the store with no masks or masks pulled down. Some aisles were marked one way, but no one paid attention. Shoppers were not paying attention to others. Nor were Target associates - crowding one another. Why are the large "basket" displays up, funneling people even closer together in main aisles? I was glad to see cashiers have protection- by what are stanchions set up for self check out lines funneling people close together? I LOVE Target - but today was a major fail. I won't be back for a long while.

Do not shop here! Store Team Leader Melissa Vidal is failing in sales & covers up work place Harassment! HR Zyra also helps cover up the abuse that team members face on a daily basis! Team Leader Stephan Martinez has inappropriate relationships with team members & also had a gay relationship with a team member in the Essentials area named Ricardo Mendoza! Another Leader Malaysia Murry fights with team members to get them fired! & has inappropriate relationships with customers!

Worst Target ever! The never have cashiers and make you bag your own groceries. I have no problem doing that if I have a couple items but when you have 2 baskets full that is ridiculous. Marianne and Tamara cashier managers did not seem to care. When asked if we could speak to a store manager they told me and another customer who also want to make a complaint that the store manager was busy waking the floor. Customer service is the worst.

I was browsing through the men's section and asked an employee if there were additional sizes. She said no without looking at inventory or making an effort to help. Next, I went online and it told me there was 1 of the items in stock. So I did an in-store pickup and proceeded to the register upfront. The manager or whoever she was made no effort to look up the order or see where it was. She made absolutely no effort and took no initiate. 5 minutes after I left the store I got a notification the order was ready. So I go back only to have the wrong item given to me. The brand really needs to find capable employees that will provide actual customer service. Disappointed. Target is now on par with Walmart. Maybe even worse now.

Love Target .... but this location have the worst cashiers ever !!! Very mean and not helpful at all . I will never go back to this location.
