Target at City Place has been a disappointment, largely due to the abysmal customer service provided by Jerry at the service desk. His demeanor is consistently rude and disrespectful, making any interaction with him incredibly off-putting. On top of that, his appearance is hard to overlook, which only adds to the unpleasant experience. Management should seriously consider addressing these issues to improve the overall atmosphere of the store.

Worst Target and customer service experience in my life…. Beeped for help to get phone chargers unlocked. they help someone else first and make me wait. Then I ask for help, they tell me to wait again and proceeds to talk to a friend, I ask for help again and get a dirty look… never got the chargers, go to the Medallion Target

2/5/24 - Poorly stocked - apart from what Target was pushing - . which, BTW was not Black History Month, as the few items they had were stuck towards the back of the store.

Went here to get a USB type c to HDMI converter but when I got home all I had was an empty box. Spent the last half hr trying to get a hold of someone. Tried electronics department, customer service, HR, food and beverage, no one picked up. Obviously, it’s a simple mistake but since I can not get anyone to help me out out feels so much worse

Had to go there since no other options available in the area. Before 9am 12/22 and all the self check stations are full. Not one of the 10 other registers have a cashier. 10+ people in line. I made a comment to the only employee stuck in the self check area and she asked me to let corporate know. Promised her I would so I did the survey on the receipt and posting here. I'm sure neither will get a response since corporate doesn't care about the employees or customers, only the bottom dollar. Not going to this or any other target again. Left 1 star since zero isn't an option.

super nice and clean target! even with all the busy Christmas traffic, the lines were short and efficient.
