The store is generally very clean and organized, and in-person service has always been friendly but good luck getting someone to answer the phone. I left a paid for item at a self checkout register and didn’t realize it until I got home. I’m about 8 miles away so not crazy far but if the item is no longer there, I’d rather not waste time and fuel on top of the lost money for the item. I tried several of the automated options and every single time the call was disconnected. It didn’t matter if I tried Customer Service, General Merchandise, etc.Word to the wise, be sure you have everything. Otherwise, have plenty of time, energy, and patience to drive back in hopes of retrieving the item.

Need to do better with items not in stock still listed online but those 0.50 cent dishes are awesomeness you hear me totally rock now simple things daily needed items at an affordable price never giving used dishes again nope to Target I go plus new is a good feeling for a pal just moving into a place the staff awesome always helpful and friendly if suggest this store to anyone while I'm at work friendliness counts this for all targets I signed up for rewards hooray a gift always matters after I made purchases I'm only needing online inventory to get way better notify all app users of they product ran out like freezing cold night there were no heaters but they were listed in stock online must been in the back shelves had fans only lol

So easy to lose track of time in here. I only wish they carried more normal items vs the recent influx of hipster stuff that’s overpriced pretending it’s good for the earth when it’s the same stuff as in any grocery store lmao

3 1/2 at this moment.I really love coming to this target and the drive up feature. It used to be in and out in 15-20 minutes, but lately, it’s been upwards of 25 minutes to get our orders, even when there’s only a few items. A lot of the couriers appear to just be bringing out one order at a time, even when all 24 spaces are full. I understand not being well enough staffed, but it’s had an unfortunate downhill turn these last few months. I really hope to see improvement soon.

Management needs to hire more people for curbside pick up. It’s taking about 30 minutes to pick up a curbside order.

On this particular trip, there was an item on the shelf for purchase but when I got to the register, I was told I can’t buy it.I do NOT understand why something would be on the shelf if it’s not available to purchase! Pretty sure there is no store where that makes sense. Don’t put stock out if it’s “not available”

I want to shout out Mary my cashier at target tonight!!!!! I got in her line around 9:50 pm. Her shift ended at 10. I was happy to move to another line since I had separate purchases but she said that it wasn’t 10 yet and it was ok. Mary had really awesome customer service skills & made my shopping experience amazing!! She even tried to help me find a coupon in the app. She was very veryyyyy patient!!! She made my day. I appreciate how awesome she was!!
