I was just in the target on northwest highway and Preston rd in Dallas TX . Where I was harassed in their dirty unkept restroom. I went in to return shampoo I had to bought through DoorDash . Asked for a store credit so I pick something else instead , I walked around for mb 10 mins found my items &checked out . I decided to run to their restroom last minute I wasn’t in the restroom 2 minutes when someone tried the door. This the door has ,ndicated locked symbol when in use, so I knew what was happening.the person then knocked and tried the door again I said said I’m using restroom clearly and loud enough for them to hear me when they tried the door rapidly twice more on the second go round I stuck my head out and said I was using the restroom were I found this creepy looking guy who too young to have the massive greasy comb over on top of his head ..standing there who was on their security team . I came out told the self check out attendant, she apologized and had a manager come out to speak with me . I told him what just happened to me and ,of course he could care less, he unaffectedly said that he would have security check it out the situation when he got in later . I told him just bc I was a POC it doesn’t mean I showed be harassed by them and if it wasn’t them they had a predator problem and should look into it …. Afterwards I had to ask him to take my name number bc I would be following up . This area is gross and loves harassing people

There’s an employee here named Jeff and I just wanted to say he is the most helpful sweet worker I’ve ever met. Just today I was looking at my lunch meat options and had my head resting on my palm. I was honestly very tired and looked defeated. He came out of the back and asked if I was okay and if there was anything he could do for me. Bur this isn’t the first time I’ve met him. I work across the street from this location and I come in on my break almost everyday. He is always so kind. Jeff if you’re reading this I appreciate you!!! His customer service skills are amazing.

I was doing my shopping this past weekend at this location and unfortunately experienced racism.I needed some assistance in the electronics aisle. I was completely ignored. I saw two employees in the aisle next to me. I waived them down, they looked at me and keep doing what they are doing and not acknowledging me. I said it again I need help with getting an item out of the electronic area. I watch as he pretended to get me some assistance. I waited another 5 to 10 mins without help. I called them again and said I need some assistance. He was very rude and passive. I asked to speak with a manager regarding this issue. Their names are Gabe and Aaron.

After a long day Angie was really nice and helpful. She rang up my groceries and bagged them perfectly. (I’m picky abt how I like my groceries sacked). But she was professional and patient with me. It was very refreshing. She was awesome.

Worst Target now. Empty shelves and little checkout help. Items ring up incorrectly that are on sale, and staff asks you to leave self checkout mid ring up to go hunt down the price yourself and submit a picture. Maybe Target plans on closing this location.

Man as soon as a black person walks in all hands on deck the man in the yellow jacket followed me all around I go to John Reed so everyday I stop by afterwards because it's convenient but I try to just make it snappy sense ok I'm going to get followed

Ordered four small items in drive up. Drove in just after 10:30am on 1/30. Waited 10 minutes, then I was asked by the app for my signature confirming someone brought me my order. No one brought my order out, so. I waited ten more minutes. I walked in and the store was empty, and the two girls at the customer service counter were casually chatting with my order next to them. I told them what happened and asked why. They said they were busy. I had been parked next to the entrance and could see their counter from space #2; they had lied, poorly and were rude.

Not sure why it’s only this target that seems to take forever to check out. The lines are always so long with only 2 lanes open and the cashiers have zero diligence. I just spent 10 minutes waiting at self checkout for help that never came. I finally gave up and left without making my purchase of $100 in gift cards.

I visited this store today specifically to find an item that showed in stock at this location. I had come from home, doing chores with my teenage son so we were in sweats and t-shirts, very casual and comfortable as Sundays should be. I had only my phone, keys and debit card in my pockets. As I looked around the women's apparel section, I was repeatedly stared at and followed by a female employee. She even bumped into me once, acting like she was putting something back on a rack which was in the wrong spot anyway. It was clear that I was being followed by her and watched. First of all, I actually walked in to this store excited that it was not very crowded so I planned to browse more than usual but this employee ruined that. I'm sure there is a loss prevention department that is there to take care of theft but this woman decided to make customers feel uncomfortable instead. She never once asked if I needed help finding anything or even smiled, just followed me closely and put clothing in the wrong racks so she could act busy to keep an eye on me. Totally disgusting experience. I don't usually like to escalate but in this case, I think that is necessary. Employees assuming everyone is guilty is rude and tasteless.

I go to this Target frequently for pickup or returns...so really just to the back of the store by the parking lot. The staff there are alway so good! Helpful, professional, hard-working. It's so impressive that several times I've commented that whoever does the hiring, training, retaining there is doing an excellent job. Kudos to the whole team!

Wish i could give my experience 0 stars. I came after a workout, and as soon as I stepped in I was followed throughout the whole store by multiple employees, was too uncomfortable to stay for too long. However the one employee that stuck out to me was the teenager working at 7pm on 04/28 she had a slick back bun, curly hair, olive toned skin, maroon sweatshirt with jeans, she gave me the name “Val” unsure if it was her. I had paid in the self checkout, I was in a hurry to get back home, did not realize i hadn’t gotten my receipt, I thought my card had gone through. I was also on the phone with somebody, I stepped away for one second, and she very rudely said “YOU GONE PAY FOR THAT” It was distasteful, and very unprofessional of her. I wish she had gone up to me politely, and told me my card hadn’t gone through. I felt very racially profiled, and uncomfortable the way I was approached. If you want to go somewhere with an uncomfortable atmosphere come here.
