I been dealing with a dispute for 30 days and tdecu told me I can’t get a provisional credit . Money was stolen out my account. I can’t pay my rent, bills and car note because I don’t have any money and they refused to put the money back on my account and told me I have to wait 60 days.

I had a horrible experience financing my car through this company. Horrible.So many problems. I tried to change the due date, and would keep calling, signing paperwork, only to have it take two months and you tell me that so-and-so was backed up on paperwork. I had to keep calling and get a manager involved.But the worst was when I paid off the vehicle, sent in full payment, and even though I had not moved the entire time I had my auto loan with you, you claimed you had a bad address to send the title. Yet you never told me this. So when I had sold the vehicle and tried to get the lien lifted, no one would help me. I had to call for months, only to be told that the request for the title to be released had been processed. Yet when I would call the DMV, I would be told no such request had been made. It took months of calling and finally getting to a specialist to get this resolved. Yet you would get mad at ME for calling back, having to call and speak to several agents, which you simply should have done your job. Again, five years at the same address with my car, and you said you had a "bad address" and made me jump through hoops to get the lien released after I had paid in full. Next time try calling the customer to verify the address that you say is so bad, or at least do something except give the run-around. Disappointing.I would not recommend financing through TDECU ever to anyone.

I was happy, with this credit union, but now I am really upset, can't sleep. It started early this week, my friend made a deposit, and because she put down the first thing she thought of, they think its a scam, she even called, and as of yesterday they finally sent money for my first car payment, I was told because I paid it before, thank God I was'nt charged a late fee! As of yesterday the are taking in deposits, but I can't get any money that is mine! I THOUGHT I FINALLY FOUND THE RIGHT CREDIT UNION BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM

If you are a vet who receives VA disability, they will not approve your loan application, even if your income is above what the average working persons income. It's straight discrimination.

Been here twice for simple transaction. Both times have taken over 45 minutes. Not to mention my wife has to call them constantly because they screw up everything they touch. In process of transferring everything so we can fire them!

The absolute worst bank i have ever dealt with. They lock you out if your account once a month so you have to call to deal with their awful customer service and receive no help. Even their supervisors are not empowered enough to do anything if you miss ONE of the verification questions -- even if it's regarding an address you lived at over 30 years ago. SO glad I closed my account so I never have to think about this awful CU again.

May 14th depositing money at the ATM in Garland and the ATM kept some cash with out making the deposit or giving the cash back. Called and reported this and was told the branch manager would reach out to me, but still waiting.This is not the fist time this has happened, ya'll need new ATM MACHINESedit:5/25 and was told by the 1800.number on 5/15 that thebranch manager would reach out to me and still waiting?Is there a less than 1 star rating?

This is my 2nd posting over a $0.56 interest charge (piddley amount that does not deserve my time except for principal involved) that no one at TDECU could waive for me. I know this is a long post but I ask that you read it through to the end because I believe I have determined what the problem is with TDECU.Let me first say that everyone I talked with at TDECU was VERY professional and polite. My intent is not to get anyone in trouble. The problem, as I see it, is no one at TDECU has the authorithy to make ANY decisions that disagree with their VERY RIGID policies. There is no room to consider extenuating circumstances. Because I chose to pay my statement by check and TDECU did not receive the check (possibly lost in the mail) they could not waive the interest charge. A customer service rep at my bank, which is much larger than TDECU, made an on-the-spot decision to waive the normal $30 stop payment fee on my check without question.TDECU has an overall 2.6 rating out of a possible 4.0 because their policies are so rigid and their customer service is so bad. If you read some of those negative ratings almost all of them contain the same scripted message that customer service is very important to them. If that were true then why would their rating be so bad.Any organization that refuses to permit management personnel to make management decisions for extenuating circumstances is doomed. If you are considering membership at TDECU my experience suggests that you should seriously reconsider.

I had a loan paid off in February 12 and they reported the loan delinquent in March 2.I called multiple times and even went into the branch in Garland was told they were taking care of it. Still a month later it's on my credit report again.Watch out with them.

This is credit union is big waste of time I apply for a credit card and I was preappoved for 5K and I was told that my documents was invalid and was told to take a screenshot I don't have a camera phone I'm old school and the underwriter was rude to me I'll look elsewhere to apply for a credit card
