I had an excellent experience at Ted Baker retail, thanks to their outstanding customer service. Patrick was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. It truly made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend!

I love Ted Baker and have shopped there for years.. I am sad that they along with several other companies like Bud Light, Target, etc are getting into politics This continues to divide our country which will destroy it.

Store was closed at 4pm on a Wednesday. I asked a sales associate a nearby store and she says they often close the store for breaks. Came to the store to return an item after the online return form didn’t work. Wish I had seen the other reviews before purchasing :(

This is for the online store- if there's a possibility you may be returning any items, be warned that they make it nearly impossible. The phone number the website gives you doesn't work, the link for online returns takes you to a page that doesn't work, and emails go unanswered. I finally had to drive 25 miles to return my items at the store. You only have 14 days from the time it ships for you to return at the store. The staff was helpful and they took care of the return for me, but given the unpleasant experience I will not order from them online again. I had no idea how many complaints and bad reviews they had, otherwise I would've avoided ordering altogether. Warning others that may consider online ordering.

Friday afternoon at 3 and it was closed. Closed? There was no note pad there for me to leave my phone number so they could call when they gave a darn to take my money.

My experience, and love, for Ted Baker as a brand has always been very high, and consistent. Specifically Sonita and Olivia Impressed me for going out of their way to be accommodating, and so kind to me while I was shopping for a special event. They timeless, honest, and dedicated. During this Pandemic I’ve come into contact with plenty of negative people. I decided to go shopping at North Park Mall hoping the experience wasn’t going to be a downer. As I approached a store I happen to notice the cleanliness and the smiling faces as I looked in. As a taller athletic built guy I wasn’t so sure they would have anything form fitting. To no avail I was greeted by a soft spoken lady with an inviting smile that assisted me to the fullest. Not only did she provide Superb Customer Service, she also managed to find items that I liked for myself and family members. Little did I know I made it a point to return weeks later asking about the employee that helped me on my previous visit. It was truly shocking and gratifying to know it was the Store Manager that assisted me! Great Looking Staff, very well dressed and an Absolute Pleasurable shopping experience. Thank You Sunita and Ted Baker team @ North Park Dallas!!!!
