Mary was nice and professional. I signed up with their website and I couldn't find the message on my phone with the unit number, so she pulled it up.
Security is tight, but once you register during business hours you have gate access with the keypad. Must drive car for the sensor to work, my scooter didn't have the weight.
It's great for someone with valuables or junk I guess if you want.

Prices were pretty low! But some how my belongings were stolen with no signs of damage to storage unit. And their insurance company Xecor states if there is no visible sign of a theft or burglary they can't recover expenses! What a waste paying for insurance!
