Worked there for 3 days before they fired me. I let them know I was pregnant and have to go to the doctor once a month. They said they wouldn’t excuse my absence regardless of paperwork. Was also threatened by another trainee. I told HR and they fired me. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Very unprofessional took back my job offer because they said I had I completed task on my list even though I competed everything, I explained and they still did it.

I guess when working at a call center you dont need professionalism, when I worked here a couple of years ago this place was pretty bad. Most of the managment couldn't answer questions from associates. It seemed like they would hire anybody so you have to pick up some of their workload.
