The Tesla customer service really sucks at all front. Software issues and no real attention to keep customers happy at all. I am just one another unhappy customer of Tesla like all my friends who has Tesla. This dealership is just the same.GPS, Navigation, Auto pilot and cruise control are not working for a long long time. And the customer service person from this location was rude enough to say that these are convenient features that may or may not work. Cars from 1980s have cruise control and this dealership and customer support was so ignorant. The entire Tesla’s marketing strategy was to buy people with their technology and now they say it’s convenient features which may or may not work.No one is Tesla is a proper customer support person, they are always rude and arrogant.

Been a Tesla owner for a few days and already SO MUCH regret! We found the used car (2023) online through Tesla and the process before accepting the car was straightforward and uneventful. We are in Austin and the car was in Dallas; my daughter drove out to pick up the car and it was pretty simple. But once we got home, that's when the problems began. We are new to electric cars and just figured it was a simple and plugging into the wall. We have a new house and specifically had the builder put a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage so we are all set up. However, after driving all the way back to Austin, we discovered the car comes with absolutely no way to charge the car. My daughter ordered a charger that was to be delivered to the house... but the charger they sold to her is a wall charger! And getting a Tesla certified installer isn't something you can just make happen in a day.So, we have an electric car, the proper outlet in the garage... and no way to charge the car! I found out there is a mobile connector and supposedly used to come with a car when you bought one... but apparently not anymore? But what seems completely negligent is NO ONE at this store bothered to talk to my daughter about charging, if she has ever had an electric car and if not, was she prepared to charge, have the equipment to charge, know what it takes, etc... Absolutely NOTHING! As a healthcare professional, if I treated a patient this way I would be sued for malpractice. It's unfathomable how they would sell an electric car and not even go other these basic things with the purchaser. We started this process almost two weeks ago and we could have started the installation of the wall charger and/or ordered a mobile connector to have ready when the car was ready. Why wouldn't they just ask? Seems like a VERY simply thing to ask... "have you ever had an electric car?" "Do you have charger cables?" "If you want a wall charger, do you know you need to get this installed by a certified installed and could start this process before you pickup the car?"But none of these were asked; so my daughter drove the car home and now it sits in the garage because we have no way of charging the car. Sure, we could drive somewhere and just sit while the car charges but what's the point in that? I'm shocked no one discussed anything with my daughter when she picked the car up. It just goes to show an absolute lack of concern for the customer and if you are planning to get a Tesla, go ANYWHERE but this place.

Shout out to Affan for helping me and providing excellent customer service. I’ve been bringing my Tesla here for 7 years and while always extremely busy they’re always helpful and courteous.

Never buy a used tesla from tesla dealership. The expectation is to check all aspects in a 10minute window while picking up the car. (I purchased a car with 20k miles and the front tires which are manufactured in 3rd week of 2023 are so worn out after 2k miles that they are needing a replacement(refer pics). Basically, Tesla does NOT do an alignment check on used cars.“IN CASE YOU CHOOSE TO BUY USED TESLA, GET THE ALIGNMENT CHECKED THE SAME/NEXT DAY. YOU CAN’T FEEL/ EYE BALL ALIGNMENT ISSUES, UNLESS U R A MECHANIC. ITS **FREE**WITHIN 24HRS OF PURCHASE IT SEEMS.”

Just wish all communication wasn't only through the app. I need a number to call and Harass people. I always have a good experience at the service center. Don't get me wrong, I don't like paying any amount of money for repairs. And I do get very angry. At the same time as a mechanic, i understand that things break. I completely understand the people that come in here angry and lash out with attitude at the employee, but I really wish they wouldn't, and I wish they had better control of their emotions. I come here expecting to have to cough up some dough, but I hope they tell me it's on the house, or at least not a big deal, and it's a small repair. I've only been to 2 service centers but this waiting area is kind of nice! Refreshments and coffee. I suggest adding snacks. And if I'm giving suggestions, may I also suggest that FSD be re added to my model s. Please ? ?.

Model 3 is wonderful. Service experience is horrendous. My car is only 3 months old. Have had the same problem since I purchased it. Service has worked on it 3 times now. They want me to bring it in but can’t guarantee a loaner. I understand this is their policy; horrible as it is. But even in this situation they are unyielding. Their service is just awful. I could write a short book about my experiences. Just the worst.

I’d give a zero star rating if I could - have been reaching out to Tesla representatives for 5 Months straight to get an erroneous charge (not a small amount) taken care of and they still haven’t gotten it done. Many phone calls, texts, and emails later, nothing has been solved. Everything you’ve heard about how great tesla service is completely incorrect. I have spoken to numerous people who keep saying they will take care of the problem, and 5 Months later, they still have not.

Always an issue with this location. They say one thing via phone and then change it when you’re there. Need a loaner? Tough luck they only go to their buddies or certain types of people aka you need to have certain melanin in your skin to qualify. Fixes always take twice as long as they quote and half the time they are just standing there doing nothing.

Nightmare service. I have a Model X, a $100K+ car with no premium service option, which is ridiculous.Had an accident on 7-13-23, and I still do not have my car back. The wait just to get in line is 3 months, and then they will work on the car for God knows how long after that, so I found a 3rd party to do the work. Tesla will not let them order parts, so I had to do it (keep in mind this is very cumbersome having to study DIY videos, etc., on how to do this on the app because it is not straight forward and you have to order every screw, nut, bolt, fastener, and electrical part individually so you have to study the manual to learn what is needed). I've had to call the service center 8x during this process, and the wait is approximately 1 hour per call (why they don't have a "call you back" option is beyond me). They do not confirm the order through the app. Instead, they just send a notification that says you have an appointment for a month out...so you have to call and talk to someone and walk them through what you are trying to do again. 4x, they said they would have someone from the service center reach out, but they never did. They just send a notification (again) pushing your appointment out further. The CSRs have egos as big as Elon Musk, so you have to hire or be a psychologist to navigate their delicate constitutions. I finally got one of them to tell me they had the rear window we needed, but they were waiting on the spoiler, and it would be in on Wednesday. When we went to pick the parts up on Wednesday, they had the spoiler but no rear window...back to the drawing board. The CSR gave me the runaround and said they would call back later that day. When I explained that they say that every time but never call, he said he would call me back by EOB. My morning call was at 8 AM, and he called back after 7 PM (but hey, he called). He said the rear window was broken or "not to their standards," so they didn't deliver it with the spoiler. This makes no sense because they had the rear window in stock and were waiting on the spoiler, so he was lying. Still, again, due to their delicate constitutions, I didn't think he could handle a truth check, so I just accepted my fate. I still do not have a rear window, and the spoiler was missing the backlight, so this promises to be an ongoing nightmare for the foreseeable future.Do not buy a Tesla as they do not have the infrastructure to handle all the service or bodywork issues (also, if the darn car worked as advertised and stopped on it's own or provided a warning something was behind me I wouldn't be in this predicament) , and they are trying to monopolize their service and collision work. This is the most frustrating and disappointing experience I've had as a car owner, and for the most expensive car I've ever purchased x2.-TJF

Today had my car serviced at this establishment due to issues with the AC not working properly and some other concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with them left much to be desired. When I picked up my car, I noticed that the front bumper had been removed, and several clips were broken. To my dismay, they had not notified me of this beforehand and seemed ready to hand over the car in that condition. It was only after I pointed out the broken clips that they acknowledged the issue, claiming that the clips had "mysteriously" broken during the service.I expressed my dissatisfaction and made it clear that I couldn't accept the car in that state. JULIO from the service department was insistent that I take the vehicle home with the promise of a follow-up message to rectify the situation. However, as expected, that promised follow-up message never arrived. To my utter disappointment, I later discovered that my service appointment had been officially closed without any resolution.Overall, my experience with this service center has been nothing short of appalling. The lack of communication, the attempt to hand over my car with damaged parts, and the failure to follow through on their promises have left me thoroughly disgusted with their service. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this establishment.

Tesla is the worst car ownership I have ever had. And I'm old. There is no Tesla staffer that you may call on the phone. Only the app which is hundreds of pages long that you can peruse for hours to get the answer to a simple question.Their "roadside assistance " sent a tow company that charged 3x what others do.It is such a pain always worrying about charging and when you get to the supercharger, you will be there at least an hour. You can't really get the milage they say out of a full charge (maybe 70% o stated).Would you like to buy my Tesla? It's got great acceleration.

Everyone was super nice, but you kinda have to jump through flaming hoops to purchase a Tesla in Texas. Being illegal to have Direct To Customer sales is asinine, Elon Musk failed moving the headquarters here and not negotiating the ability to purchase a Tesla hassle free in Texas IMO

Big shout out to representative Brandon at the Tesla service center in cedar springs. I had a little service light come on my Tesla for something minor and the app support was horrible in helping me. This man in a matter of 10 minutes saved me from not having a daily driver for 2 days as well as 2 hour trip all while explaining why I had issues. Done in a professional manner and with respect. Even though Fort Worth center is closer to me I will always be taking my car in to service here from now on!

Bought a car from here from afar (3 hours away), Its almost impossible to contact this place by phone. If you submit a request for them to call you, they wont. they wont call return voicemails you leave for them. They sometime respond to text message (even if they just messaged you and say you can contact them). Its really a one-way conversation where they say things to you but you cant say much to them. Its makes for a poor customer service experience if you cant be there in person at the dealership to coordinate things/ask questions.

Amazing experience. I ordered my Model 3 a few days ago. The Tesla website offered a $1600 discount since the configuration I wanted was already in stock at this location. The next day, I was prompted to schedule delivery in the app. The only problem was that I was scheduled to be out of town on the available pickup dates. I went in to the dealership, introduced myself to Sha'Haloney, and asked if there's any way I can pick up the car early. She stopped what she was doing to help me, and I drove away in my new car 90 minutes later.
