I just had the best experience with Skillman Automotive at Live Oak and Skillman and wanted to share. I pulled into the dentist to take my daughter to a 1:00 appointment. As we got out of the car, we noticed a whooshing sound coming from my tire where it turned out there was a large piece of metal sticking out. I ran my daughter into the dentist and then across the street to Skillman Automotive. The owner, Mo, asked me to pull my car across the street, put the donut on for me, and then he took my car to a tire shop to get it patched so I didn't have to leave my daughter alone at the dentist. He was back super fast and I was able to make it to a 2:00 meeting. He earned a customer for life from me!

Told me they don't do oil changes regularly and quoted me $90 for an oil change...I went because of the great reviews, but something seemed off to me

I've gone here for around 25 years and am boggled by the great experiences I've had here!! These guys bend over backwards to make sure all of my needs are met - and - in the process - they've become great friends!!
A week ago, my battery died on me. Mo, one of the owners - offered to loan me his own personal car until I got my mine back up and running. Superior dude - and superior fellows!!
I've sent many people there - and they've always come away with a smile on their face and a much better running vehicle!!

I got my oil changed there today for my Audi A4. They are friendly and added other fluids where was needed at no additional cost. Also they checked my tire. Awesome service!

I have been doing business with these people for years and have never been disappointed with their service. They have always done excellent work and have gone above and beyond to solve the issues with my two ancient Jaguars correctly the first time, and as economically as possible. In addition to being scrupulously honest and fair, they have been invariably kind, polite, and friendly, which takes some of the sting out of coping with a misbehaving car. I trust them and their work completely and recommend them without reservation.

I can tell you that this shop has earned my trust. I started bringing my cars here about 8 years ago because I live in walking distance. I keep coming back because the work they do is legit and I'm genuinely happy. They will fix what actually needs to be fixed. Never any runaround and I recommend them. I highly recommend Skillman AutoCare! The team is incredibly nice and always helpful, especially as a woman. They treat me with respect and ensure I understand all aspects of the service and any necessary repairs. I never feel pressured or uncomfortable, and their honesty and transparency give me confidence in the care my car receives. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
