I've been with TTCU for more than 35 years (actually started when they were Denison Dist Tele Credit Union). I've had several loans with them over the years and without exception every time I've worked with them they've been great. I've had some nice interest rates offered to me by car dealerships wanting me to use their National lender. I always tell them: with a National lender I'm a number and a payor. With TTCU, I'm a member who knows the staff by name and can communicate with them directly instead of a call center worker who's reading from a script. I usually deal with Jay, Nicole and sometimes Sharyn, and they are always very personable, accommodating and efficient. As long as they continue to offer this kind of service and offer competitive rates, I'm a customer for life.

25 year customer. Joined them when they were AT&T Federal Credit Union. They lost my business today 3/16/18 at 5pm and 56 seconds. Trying to get there in time to deposit my paycheck before they closed at 5. I called at 4:58pm still two intersections away and aware I might not make it there by 5. I told the young lady that answered the phone I was two minutes away and wanted to deposit my paycheck. She only offered that I could mobile deposit via Sprig. I told her I wasn't calling to see what my options were on depositing my check when I had driven an hour to get there and could see the CU from the traffic light I was at. I was almost there and just needed to make them aware I may be a minute later than closing time. She said we close at 5. I pulled in the parking lot 56 seconds after 5 by my watch. A lady walked in about 30 seconds before I pulled in. When I walked up however the door had been locked. And THAT is how you lose 25 years of loyal banking. Bye Felicia!!!

My family has been with textelcu for a few years now and have never had an unpleasant experience. Anytime we've needed a loan on a car, paid off a loan, or opened a new loan they have been extremely easy to deal with and very quick!
