I was hesitant to buy things from this store as I was purchasing them for a home out of the state. The salespeople assured me that I could return any item that didn't work out. When I tried, they said it was a special order and so didn't apply. I bought the 2 counter stools off the floor and special ordered 3 more. I wanted to return at least the two that weren't special order, but was told I couldn't. I would not recommend shopping here. Go to Rios in Fort Worth!

As a former employee I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Most of the "unique" pieces people talk about are made in Mexico for an extremely low price and the owner, Katherine Snedeker, marks them up by at least 600%. Anything you buy here is a complete rip off.

I don't write many reviews so I wanted to express how impressed I was with this store. Right when I walked in, a nice gentleman greeted me sincerely. As I walked the store, he had interesting tidbits to share with me about certain pieces that really added to my experi I don't write many reviews so I wanted to express how impressed I was with this store. Right when I walked in, a nice looking gentleman greeted me sincerely. As I walked the store, he had interesting tidbits to share with me about certain pieces that really added to my experience. This place is quality in every way and I've already told friends, family and my interior designer. Although rustic is not my style, I will be back as a few things caught my eye and the customer experience was top notch. So if rustic is your thing, the Arrangement is where you go.

Awesome furniture & decor store in the N. Dallas area. Jim and Azalea are wonderful to work with, and they have some pretty unusual and beautiful pieces in the store. They can provide complete design services to put together furniture, art, rugs, etc.. to fit your home's style, color, and budget. Many of their pieces are one-of-a-kind, and some have a whole story behind them. Absolutely love this place! Beautiful & unique pieces. Excellent service by all. Very professional & helpful yet not pushy. We bought many pieces & love them in our home. Highly recommend but be aware they are pricey so save up because you'll definitely want to purchase something.

More like The Covid Arrangement. In my first five minutes in the store today, a female employee breezes past calling out, "Hello, let me know if I can help you with anything." I called back, "YOUR MASK IS COMPLETELY OFF." Like, she wasn't even doing the nose-uncovered fake--the mask was literally around her neck. She called back, "Oh, haha *giggle*" I saw her at the other end of the store a few minutes later. Her mask was on, but then she removed it to talk to me. I saw her a few minutes later speaking to another customer, and the mask was completely off. I said to myself, "Screw this." As I was leaving the store, another male employee was strutting through the store completely maskless, as well. I now wonder if the maskless lady was the owner, Katherine Snedeker, since this cavalier "who gives a f&*k about the health of my customers and co-workers" attitude seems to be part of the culture of the company. Must be Republicans. No more of this company for me, ever. Are you hearing me, Katherine?

I will say one thing. If you get through a store and barely count in 3 customers, that should tell you everything about the store price. However if you are looking for rustic chic furniture, that is your store

Great furniture offerings, no one else has a selection like this anywhere! The own was very friendly and my advisor Jim Morgan was not pushy at all. Answered any questions and have advice when needed. We will for sure be purchasing our home fittings from this location

I dropped by wanting to order a sectional as they are listed as a dealer of Precedent furniture. The guy working told me they really only sell off the floor or do "extreme custom" work and they haven't really carried that line for a while. I asked him to tell me about a sectional and if he has any small ones in the price range of $6-7000. He obviously didn't want to help me and said I should look around for an accent chair. Terrible way to do business. No thank you.

Everytime I shop here is like visiting a new wonderland. Today I found a little something for my room. I chose it because it is unique in nature and something that could be passed along for generations. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. I have always had a great experience.
