I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Azul apartments, and I couldn't be more impressed. The community is beautifully maintained, with lush landscaping and modern amenities that truly enhance the living experience. The staff, including Diana, Vanessa, and Ariel, are incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any needs. They go above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and valued. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a wonderful place to call home. Overall, I highly recommend The Azul for anyone looking for a welcoming and high-quality living environment.

Things you need to know if you want to live here. I totally regret moving here. I wish I knew this earlier. I’m just sharing this save yourself and your money. I’m breaking my lease ASAP.
People smoke like crazy, they smoke weed and other substances. If you don’t smoke don’t even think about this place. Terrible place to be. Not safe for kids.
No parking space. They tell you to pay for parking and right after they say you are on the waiting list to get parking sign…. I never heard such thing. Why would I be in line to get the service I paid for. I have been waiting for the last two months to get my sign lol 😆 I believe the signs are imported.
Things never get maintained. Every time you ask them to fix it the maintenance team just comes and does nothing. I have most of things fixed on my own.
The dishwasher is terrible 😞 it if full of dirty water. And water splashes out.
The gate is mostly open homeless people walk in the compound, it’s so scary and unsafe.

Ariel is one of the nicest people I've ever met she's very knowledgeable about the apartments she has a lot of patience and you have to have patience with dealing with me she's just all around awesome she made the experience top tier and I would recommend anybody to her so when you go look for an apartment please ask for Ariel

Parking really sucks AS A WOMEN is not safe having to come home after work and have no where to park, y’all need to do better and only allow certain amount of vehicles per unit.
