The process of entering the complex was a bit tedious, but those things don't compare to my experience here at The Everly. Since being at The Everly I have no complaints whatsoever. I was more than satisfied with the customer service and customer advocacy that Ms. Veronica Baca provided me with. She was extremely kind, helpful and attentive to my needs and concerns. Also the maintenance are great, they provide professional and quick service to every need and repair as it pertained to my apartment. 10 out of 10 WOULD recommend.

I Came to tour yesterday and overheard office staff talking about an incident that happened, not sure the name of the leasing manager but she gave access to a move in and something happened in the unit and the person did not have a signed lease and the unit was given. This right here just made me not want to lease here any longer. Bad management, I was referred by a current tenant but now I'm not sure

I applied with veronica and not only has she not called back but we call and they never pick up the phones ,its been over 3 weeks and no one has called me back. This is very unprofessional and no customer service. When I applied there was other people complaining about the same thing and that should have been a red flag for me but i went and applied anyways and now its happend to me. i will cancel and request full refund i do not want to live here any longer

Had an approval on a Monday. Gave notice and prepared to move. Notice revoked on Tuesday. After assurance from staff that there is a high probability of approval even for folks with a past.
It’s disappointing, deceptive and puts folks trying to get a fresh start in bad way.
They call it “just business”. It feels mean spirited and cold.
Do better RPM Management … do better.

Best office staff around. They were so attentive to my leasing needs. Nestor makes an awesome manager. He came and talked to me while I was on tour. Thank you for making me feel right at home!!

I’ve lived at several apartment complexes, and this is by far the best-managed one. Nestor truly goes above and beyond for residents. Any time I’ve had a question or concern, He handled it immediately and with professionalism.

They were really helpful and helped me get in as quick as possible they fought tooth and nail to get me into my home I highly recommend them if you need a place to stay the everly is a great place to be!!

Amanda is wonderful! She is always polite, patient and quick to take care of anything that comes up. You can truly tell she love her job!
