Awesome gym. Feels really friendly and community oriented. Been coming here for a month now and the coaches and other members have been so welcoming and encouraging of my fitness journey. Awesome group of people. Highly recommend wether you’re new to CrossFit or already in great shape.

Horrible gym with coaches who aren't welcoming. Programming is terrible and they could careless if you are a member or not. Look else where if you want a sense of community and feel welcome.

I joined this gym 8 years ago and it has been great for fitness, strength and conditioning. The coaches are always friendly and supportive and do an excellent job explaining and demonstrating proper form. The class sizes are small, so there is a lot of personal attention given, which makes it an excellent value. Before a bike accident I was a competitive off-road athlete and my fitness achieved at the gym helped me to advance further and ride faster than I thought was possible. After the accident and starting over with fitness and mobility, the gym and coaches were great at helping me modify the workouts so that I could participate and rehabilitate. I love just being able to show up and have a plan ready to go, and the group workout environment is great whether you like it for competitive reasons or to just be around some friends. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, there is something for you at this gym!

I began classes at The Gym just over a year ago after a leading a completely sedentary lifestyle. The workouts are fairly rigorous, but the coaches are excellent and can help modify any portion of the workout, as needed. I attend the fitness classes, which combine strength and cardio work, without the more complicated barbell lifts found in CrossFit classes. If you're already in a healthy place, you should be able to jump in and go immediately. If you're more like I was a year ago, the coaches can help you understand how to ease into an exercise regimen in a healthy way that won't get you hurt. The Gym has a friendly atmosphere/culture. Everyone is encouraging and kind. The coaches are exceptionally helpful and unless you have extensive experience (and even if you do), I believe the coaching/help is worth the extra cost relative to what you'd spend at a mega-gym.

This gym is top notch. Excellent coaches. Helpful and caring for safety, proper form, improvement and teaching new techniques. I have been a member for a year now and am loving it. Good community of people, good culture, everyone wants to help one another. If you want to push yourself and have fun in the process then check it out.

The Gym is great place to work out if you are looking for community and functional fitness. What I love most about it is the intentionality behind the programming. The workouts are very well designed to help anyone at any fitness level meet their goals. If you are looking for a place to lift as much as you can as quickly as possible, this is not the gym for you; but if you are looking for a place where you can get stronger and healthier in way that is both safe and effective— you will love it! As a chiropractor, that was super important to me. No one had time to nurse injuries that could easily be prevented with good programming!Thanks Kurt for the great workouts!

Great gym and even better people. Not only the coaches but the members too. The workouts (either fitness or CrossFit) will get you in the door and the community of people will keep you coming back. No matter your age, fitness level or experience you will find a place and a great workout here!!

This is a clean, well-run facility. The coaches are knowledgeable and the community is very friendly and welcoming. Great spot in the neighborhood. They offer both Fitness and Crossfit classes, both are approachable for all skill levels.

Ok so I'm a bit biased as the head coach is my husband. BUT I myself am not a super fit get up early to hit the gym everyday kinda girl and I. LOVE. THIS. GYM. True coaching, supportive community and no pressure. I was scared of doing "cross fit" but they just modify the workouts for me and I have fun.
