On 9/11/23 I bought 4 tickets to Miami in Business class. At the time of purchase, I was assigned seats 1D and 1H for the Montevideo-Miami flight 984, at the time of check-in, they gave us seats 1H and 4D, CONSEQUENTLY, WE HAD TO TRAVEL SEPARATELY. On flight 907 Miami-Bs. As. On 2/27/24, I was assigned seats 6 D and 6 G, when checking in they assigned us seats 13 D and 13 G, no one explains the reason for the change, NOTHING, it's how they decide.
The 2 flights were full, so BY THE SPEAKERS they authorized economy class passengers to store their hand luggage in the Business Class compartments, leaving them completely overcrowded.
They allow passengers traveling in economy to carry up to 3 carry-on bags, each of enormous size, for this reason, there are not enough compartments in their class to store luggage. BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CONTROL THE EXCESS LUGGAGE OF THE ECONOMIC CLASS PASSENGER, INSTEAD OF HARMING THE BUSINESS CLASS PASSENGER, WHO PAID THEIR TICKET AT A MUCH HIGHER VALUE, to travel comfortably.
On the flight on 2/28, I had inside my personal bag, very small, 2 chocolate rabbits, which they destroyed, placing weighted packages on top of it.
AND THEY RUINED MY BAG THAT WAS ALL STAINED AND STUCK WITH CHOCOLATE.
I wonder, WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SO MUCH GRABING AND HITTING PASSENGERS.
THE REGULATORY BODIES CONTROL ALL THESE EXCESSES AND ABUSES OF THE AIR COMPANY????.
I hope someone takes responsibility and answers me.

At the time I went, they were out of size 50 jerseys for Pavelski, but Angel went above and beyond to look and to have them make one same day for me. Great service :)

If you're looking for replaceable Chinese junk in team colors, the 8000km journey from Germany to visit "The Hanger" is definitely worth it. Because you can't get jerseys for your collection here, unless you want one from the franchise player. I don't mean exceptional designs or past players. The number 42/Kleber as a statement edition, which was even played that evening, was not available. Switching to the white jersey wasn't an option either, neither in the hall nor outside. Printing is only done on Mondays and the staff is sorry about everything anyway. There were also only authentics from one player. Very sobering, luckily the game was won and I saved a lot of money because, in addition to the lack of desired merchandise, the average size of a man (L) was not available for any item anyway.

I would have given it five stars if they opened over the weekend. This is the Dallas Mavericks store and you will get visitors in the weekend, why not open for a few hours!

Zero stars. Garbage customer service. We asked for help getting jerseys down from the upper shelf/rack, the employees said not one word and glared at us as if it was an inconvenience for them to do their job.

I placed an order 8 weeks ago for a Jersey, after emailing and speaking with a representative they say it’s due to shipping delays and continues to tell me it’s a preordered item as if I am not aware. I have yet to see the item be shipped out nor receive any update on my item other than the fact that’s it’s pre ordered and will take 6-8 weeks for shipping. I recommend going in stores to buy things or find it somewhere else if you need it in a timely manner.

Pre-ordered City Edition items that were supposed to ship by Dec 15th. Then it gets pushed to Jan 1. Then pushed to Jan 15th. Almost February and it still hasn’t shipped.

I purchased a Mavs ball cap at this store then realized a week later that they overcharged me. The sticker on the ball cap was $25. They charged me $30. I came across the receipt a week later and realized it. I called down to the store to see if they could refund my $5 over the phone. Dave, who answered the phone was very helpful and friendly. He put me in touch with John, who was the manager of the store. John was very helpful in refunding my money over the phone. I appreciate friendly, great customer service since it’s very few and far between these days.

When should I expect my jersey to be shipped between 3 - 5 business days? I bought mine on the 29th so why hasn’t it shipped yet? Can someone please let me know why! That would be greatly appreciated!
