I first went to this store March 23rd at 1pm. No one greeted me as I walked in. No one offered to help in any way at all when I was looking through the skirt shelf in the back. I understand I looked a little rough when I went in but still! Stayed for about 10 minutes total. No one said "thank you for stoping by" or acknowledge me at all as I was leaving. Maybe your experience will be different. Selections were not bad but not great. Get ready to get a loud noise overload. The Playlist is fun but a little too loud for my taste. Also... why does the pill acrylic thing give me grown up vibes ... I saw a lot of kids. A little confused as to who the targeted audience is?

I repeat do not order/ buy clothes from this company .. on Black friday, i ordered 3 shirts.. Virginia- in the Hillcrest store took the order and has never followed up with "corporate" or corporate is closed...it is January 16th and still noone can figure out where these items are .. I have called corporate twice , Virginia- 6 times and emailed with corporate..

Would have never looked at their reviews because I love this store and I order a lot from them BUT never again Who does not have a return??? only store credit!!!' never again and will spread the word

I would give it a zero if I could. I order items on Feb 4th and they have not even been shipped yet even though I was told they had and was given a tracking number. The tracking number says it's not been shipped. I've asked for a refund and no response. I've called the number on the website and it's not a working number.

This store is so cute but has an archaic return policy. I recently bought a dress online and it fit terribly and felt so cheap. When I went to return I realized not only could I not return at the store, I had to pay to ship it back and would only be offered a store credit. I won’t be a return customer and shoppers beware!

No refund policy sucks. Beware. You buy something and don't want it -- you're screwed. Exchange it for something else but they keep your money. Just horrible.

Be aware that online purchases can only be returned for store credit or exchange. No refunds. I purchased online via the Facebook storefront and the policy is definitely not stated anywhere visible. It just says "You can return new and unused items within 30 days." You would have to click the returns link in the footer and read the entire policy to know that refunds are not allowed. Also, online purchases cannot be returned in store. Impeccable Pig obviously doesn't care about customer service - the complete opposite of Nordstrom!

Loved the clothes, but even though it’s an expensive boutique, they don’t do returns, this unacceptable.I bought a $68 blouse on Tuesday, it was packed beautifully, next day I came back to return it (still packed, not used) the employe offered me store credit or change but I wasn’t able to have a return.
