This was hands down the BEST registry experience ever. Chelle was SO nice, honest, and patient. She explained a lot of things, gave her input, listened to what we wanted, and had our registry completed in LESS than 48 hours! 100000% recommend!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with this store. I am a 30 year old mom who looks like she’s 16 and unfortunately because I look so young I did not get greeted or served. I went in to pick up my mothers pottery I ordered her for Christmas and multiple people came in after me and were assisted before me. Finally when helped the sales person assisting me seemed bothered and annoyed that I was there to pay and have my items shipped… rolled her eyes a few times. Not once did I get a receipt or told how much I was being charged. A part of my order was still on its way and was told I would get a call when my card was charged and it would be shipped (that’s after my husband had to call and ask) I was never called and my card was charged.I’ve worked retail and understand things happen. But to judge someone based off of appearance is awful. I wish my experience here was a better one. But I will never shop here again.
