Dr.Shay is just wonderful. I am pregnant and she was on spot diagnosing my discomforts. Every visit, i feel comfortable. She is highly knowledgeable and knows exactly what is needed for patient. She is a great asset to The JOINT.She was attending patients in N Crockrell location, but recently moved here. Now I visit this location only for her.I thank her for her immense support and care

Yay for Dr Shay! I can't recommend her enough! Dr. Shay from The Joint Chiropractic is absolutely fantastic! She provides exceptional care. She takes the time to listen to her patients and truly understands their needs. Her adjustments are precise and effective, providing instant relief. I highly recommend Dr. Shay to anyone in need of chiropractic care.

The service was fine, really variable depending on provider. I’m very frustrated and disappointed with my cancellation experience. I ended my recurring membership in February providing the form and notice required. However, The Joint didn’t process my cancellation. I alerted them to the issue in August by email, phone, and in-person. I have been trying to recover over $500 for nearly 2 months now and have still gotten no resolution or expected timeframe for addressing.

Office is clean. Front desk staff is welcoming patient and enthusiastic. Always greeted with a smile.Doctors are knowledgeable. My favorite is Dr Kayla.Have been a member since 2020.

Very disappointed in the level of customer service received at the Joint and was planning on continuing service.Spoke with someone upon entering. They made it EXTREMELY clear that I would be receiving four visits for around $85. (This was towards the end of the month.)Early July, I start using my sessions. They explained that they are month to month, and I also noticed another charge for the month of August. They would not refund my money. I canceled my service.This was never explain to me! Diamond was wonderful and gave phenomenal service but explained her boss would not allow it.Suffice it to say, they lost a customer.

Disappointing in my experience this afternoon with Dr. Z she didn’t even bother to ask me how I was doing. I was in a lot of pain in my lower back and she just quickly adjusted me without ever speaking a word to me. It was very cold and unprofessional, and frankly not very caring at all. I love Dr. Kayla. She is an excellent Chiropractor but unfortunately she was not available so I had to go with another doctor. Very disappointing in my experience and I hope that this information gets relayed over so that way they can be better patient treatment.

Such a great experience! Diamond was super welcoming and prompt during the check in and out process. She made sure I was aware of all my options going forward which I truly appreciate. Dr. M was an absolute delight. He made sure I was comfortable during the entire appointment and was very thorough in detailing his findings. I will most definitely be back!

This place is an absolute joke. All they care about is giving you an "adjustment" in approximately three minutes followed by a sales pitch from the front desk lady to buy six more sessions. I had a pinched nerve (didn't know it at the time) and I got two bs adjustments from them. They spent zero time diagnosing me, instead treating me like they do every person that walks in the door. Newsflash people, you can't give everyone the same adjustment and expect improvement. Save your $45 and go somewhere reputable.

I desperately wanted to have a good experience and find a long-term chiropractor that fit our needs. I called in advance inquiring about how to schedule a consult and new patient appointment. I was informed they only take walk-ins and they reccomend "around" an hour" for the first appointment. I specifically confirmed and asked if we came an hour before close if we could still get in. The super cheerful girl on the phone confirmed that as long as we arrived "around" 6pm, they would love to get us in. Due to inaccurate google map directions, we walked in the door at 6:04pm! We were immediately told that they had a very strict time policy and since we came past 6pm, we could not be seen. There was not a lot of empathy and we were told we should have known. Since there were two of us, I asked if just my son could get a consult. There was no budging. It was completely disappointing. I understand company policies, but I sure hope 4 mins was worth the 4K they just lost from two people that would have been long term patients. If you are going to use vague language and assure people over the phone, you better be willing to follow through. Sad day. We really wanted to like this place, but I didn't feel like they cared about us at all.

I absolutely LOVE Joint Chiropractic!! Dr. Kayla is the best and very knowledgeable. She truly cares about her patients. She is the only chiropractor I work with now that I have a cervical disc replacement. The entire staff is welcoming and great.

I got an adjustment and went home one side started to ache so I went back a few hours later to see if they would see me again to make sure all was ok and they said I would need to pay for another visit even though I didn’t have any pain in this area before the adjustment.

I was very unhappy with my visit. It was my first time, and I told the owner and front desk assistant on the phone that I had to be at work at a certain time. When speaking with them while making my appointment, they also didn’t mention that Google Maps has the wrong location. I ended up leaving after 30 minutes of waiting. The front desk assistant, who was unfriendly upon arrival, was combative, making it seem like the lack of communication was my fault. I will not be returning.
