uhh.. the place was silent as a grave, the plants looked so badly taken care of, saw some monsteras that have unfurled INTO each other, some leaves were badly chopped up, a newly opened leaf was so bad it looked like as if a cat or something went at it.The prices weren't exceptionally good for the quality.Overall definitely let down, especially because I thought a family owned business would have taken better care of their plants

Apparently they don’t observe their own business hours. Wasted time and gas, so I guess I will stick to the farmers market.

I have a large houseplant collection and I am always looking for additional, unique plants to add. When I stopped at this location I did not feel very welcomed. The two gentlemen working outside noticed me, but didn't speak. I acknowledge they were busy organizing, so I didn't think too much about it at first. I went inside and noticed person sitting who I guess worked there, but they did not speak or greet me. They watched what I was doing, but didn't say a word. There were a few succulents I found interesting, but didn't attempt to purchase. While walking around outside again, another customer came in and the men immediately spoke to her. It was at that moment I was sure my business wasn't welcomed here. I will not be returning.

This is the best nursery I've found in DFW. Their prices and quality always exceeds the big box stores and definitely better priced than that popular chain of nursery's here in DFW. The Staff are very helpful as well.

I think the selection is okay, however the plants don't look like they are being well cared for, especially the annuals. Armando was the only person who greeted me and he answered some questions too. Friendly guy eagar to assist. The cashier they have isn't the most socialable customer oriented dude out their. Seemed inconvenienced. The other guy though knowledge and assistive was the quiet type too. I bought some plants which were healthy, but my experience wasn't very good. When we go to a nursery we expect to be welcomed and shown around a little. Most of the plants didn't even have a price tag on them. I'm not entirely sure what the ownership of the Plant Market uses as it's justification for such high prices, but they ought to get rid of all the dead dieing plants by marking them down. This place used to be so much better when it was on Beltline and Coit. Much nicer staff, friendly upbeat quality plants at great prices. They need to reevaluate their current condition and seriously consider getting plant lovers as employees and not hire just bodies. They have a great location, there isn't any excuse to why they can't improve on the above things. I live in the neighborhood and we collectively support this place a lot. I can say guaranteed they'd get tons of additional business if they want by producing displaying and ordering higher quality plants and improving on the customer service. I want to say though, the shade and part shade plants were in great shape in all fairness. Punch line is - don't expect much in service from them. Don't also expect to pay lower prices. Expect that you will like the shade and part shade plants.

This place is so depressing! How could a nursery garden be like that? Came in today and bought a few things but I honestly wanted to just run back to my car. Since I was already there I decided to go ahead and check out. This place can use a boost of energy, it looks abandoned. The price's were also a lot more than Cristina's.

Lovely local plant shop. The proprietor is knowledgeable about plants and was also quite personable, talking to my baby and showing us around the place our first time in.

There are better options. The selection here seems pretty good. However, the customer service I received was quite poor! I spoke with LInda at the Plant Market and scheduled for someone to come to my home and provide a proposal. That appt was made two weeks in advance. On the day/time of the appointment I was home and no one showed up. When I called to inquire, Linda was rude, told me someone went there (when in fact they absolutely did not), and then proceeded to be quite adversarial and hung up on the phone call. There are so many great garden nurseries in the area that provide friendly and helpful service. This is not one of them.

Unfortunately I can not agree with all the positive posts. I scheduled an onsite proposal for my home landscape , but no one ever showed up. The service I received from Linda, an owner, was quite ornery. No this place. There are many others options to get excellent product and respectful/helpful service.

Loads of annuals and some good choices in evergreens and perennials.Owners were friendly and answered our questions. They’ve been in business 40 years and their landscapers have been with them for 32 years.Even the young man doing the watering was polite and wished us a ‘Goodbye.’
