The staff know their stuff and don't mind chopping it up about trading card games or apparel. They are not hard up on numbers and work with customers on everything. The store has a lot of shoes to choose from, with good prices, discounts, and fair resale prices. They respond back quickly on IG. It feels more like collectors instead of just sterile vendors.
