If i could give 0 stars i would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Will not buy from them again when I’ve spent a good amount of money with them. When asked to speak to a Manager the person told me they were the highest person i can speak with.

I have attempted to purchase since 2022 and the system keeps cancelling my purchases. Today I attempted to purchase 2 pants…again, the system auto cancelled my order. I will check my accounts to ensure the amounts were not debited 4x.
This is a ridiculously BAD shopping experience for a customer since 2019.

I expected a smooth consignment process, but it has been frustrating and unacceptable. Promised follow-ups never happen, calls are brushed off, and requests to speak with a manager are dismissed.
