Andy Tuttle and his team were incredibly attentive to details and stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. I appreciated their weekly updates and prompt response to my questions or concerns. Andy and his team were excellent! Annie and Andy guided us through the process, being patient with us as we took some time before we were ready to seriously begin looking to buy. The underwriting process requires a lot of documents up front, but the online portal is easy to use, and it saves time in other parts of the process. It also gave us a leg up when facing multiple offers for the home we ended up purchasing. As first time home buyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but Andy and Annie guided us through and were able to help us close on our home quickly and efficiently. When it was time to complete the process, Mallory helped walk us through those details. I would highly recommend Andy and his team to anyone looking to buy a home. They will help you figure out the right approach and help you compete well in a multiple offer situation.

The Tuttle group along side our realtor were such a great team together, they made purchasing a home much easier than my partner and I imagined. Everyone that helped us including Andy, Annie and Jennifer were good
at keeping us informed of the process start to finish and were very detailed with what they required from us. Andy’s videos helped a lot understand the process and when my partner couldn’t attend an appointment, he would summarize everything in a video and email it to us, I loved that. Annie took care of getting the right documents from us, her emails were very detailed and she always picked up the phone quick when we had any concerns. Everything moved quickly towards the end, but Jennifer helped us feel less nervous by keeping us updated and explaining what the next step was. Jennifer was also fast at answering all emails and making sure our closing day went smoothly. We feel very satisfied with this awesome team, thank you for getting us the best deal and being so kind!

We switched Mortgage Lenders due to issues with transparency, speed, and attention to detail with the previous company. Andy and the entire team did an amazing job throughout the entire process and never dropped the ball. After just an intro call with their team, we had complete confidence in them and knew they could work with us on our tricky situation. We had weekly calls with each person on the team to ensure all parties were UTD on all information available and this process was entirely stress free. They keep their promises and we would love to work with them again in the future!

We were looking for a lender to purchase a second home/rental property out of state, using current assets as we are retired. Andy and the Tuttle Group responded promptly to our inquiry and were able to get us funding without delay. They read the interest rate trends and encouraged us to wait on a rate lock-in, resulting in about a 1% rate drop before we closed - a nice surprise. The office staff were responsive and answered our questions promptly. Overall, an excellent experience.

The whole crew at The Tuttle Group was AWESOME!!!! From my first call with Andy to discuss what my husband and I were looking to do, working with his AMAZING & DEDICATED team on what all information we needed to provide, to uploading all the documents, to the very end of the whole process was WONDERFUL! I think every difficult situation someone could experience with a cash re-finance, we did at some point.
