Amazing employee walked out the store to let me know that I didn't have to pay for parking until 6pm. I wasn't even going to the establishment but the gentleman saved me a few bucks. Highly recommend just for the service alone

I was there to repair the air conditioning it was a wonderful experience I fixed it got paid life is good! Kathleen is super nice and wonderful very knowledgeable about all of our stuff and it is the best place for you to buy stuff for your pets! If you have the opportunity to go you will not be disappointed and probably will not stop anywhere else but the upper paw!

Convenient to those in the Deep Ellum/Downtown area, and they have a huge selection of food, treats, toys, gear and everything else our dogs need! The owners are super nice, too.
