I would give ZERO stars if allowed. This store is sooo packed with clothing and items which contributes to the smell, why? Everything is EXTREMELY expensive. Its secondhand embarrassment that the Person Pricing everything sees a Vineyard Vines Shirt and BAM $24.91, Wrangler shirt $14.00 (sells NEW at Walmart for less) this is for USED and DONATED items, this store is one of the worst and owners should be ASHAMED. I go to several thrift stores and know what to compare. Plus the cashiers have the same attitude as how the store looks. Let the Owners keep their used donated goods and buy from Goodwill, Plaza Thrift or Thrift Giant. Anywhere but here. To the Owners: You would make way more Money if you sold items at a decent price, and you can actually rotate your items off the floor, you know, like a thrift store is supposed to.

Idk where some of these people reviewing are going, but I’ve found great finds almost every time I go. Yeah some stuff is overpriced but you gotta be smart about it and get the stuff on discount. I found a very warm jacket today for $6! I’ve taken home some cool pants n shirts for about $2 or less each! The staff is ok. But as long as u just go n mind ur business they rarely even bother you. Could be more organized though but I think they’re trying to organize better lately.

I recently visited this thrift store, and my experience was a bit disappointing. On Fridays, it's a mess with clothes being tagged, blocking all the aisles, including the counter area where the "good" stuff is hidden. Hangers are scattered all over the floor, creating a tripping hazard. The back area with electronics is cluttered with so many things that it is impossible for a stroller or wheelchair to move freely. To make matters worse, there are random couches and tables pushed under the clothing racks, making it even more messy and challenging to shop comfortably. They ignore you when you want to look at the items in the display case, the manager with glasses is usually having a conversation with an employee and ignores you while you are obviously standing there. It is not realistic for the cashier to answer the phone, help people with the display case, and check people in with only one line open and 10 people in line. If you're patient and don't mind the chaos, you might find a good deal, but otherwise it's best to look elsewhere for a more organized secondhand shopping experience.

Absolutely absurd prices. Nothing else needs to be said. I thought Goodwill was getting expensive until I came here. Anything remotely "valuable" is about 30% less than new. Then there are some head scratchers like the American Eagle jacket for $40.

??My family and I like thrifting everyone finds a treasure for them self. So my son found him a bag of rocks for his crafting idea. We went to pay and the manager with glasses said I couldn't buy that bag due to it having holes ? I was seriously a bag with rocks I was already hesitate on the price my So my was upset "it's policy we can't sell" it's commonsense also she warned me not open boxes take off tape or won't sell either I laugh because the shelf are full of boxes open how is one gonna see what's inside a brown box and they are not all taped lol .she was rude asf? the woman that work in the back are literally keeping alot of thing for themselves iv seen them put it to the side. This store needs new management asap!!

This place was insanely priced! $29.94 for as Underarmour hoodie? I can get a new one at Costco for that! This is just one example of their insanely overpriced items. They had a vera Bradley laptop bag. That was the same price that it was online for a new one.

This review is for the manager (pseudo-manager) who is a detestable person, her attitude and customer service is deplorable, arrogant and arrogant, I think that as the manager of a place you must have the maximum expression of kindness and education and she has neither 0.1% of that is a shame since the store has good things but because of the bad experience I just had I will not return again, I think they should take matters into their own hands and talk to her about what is happening with her because I see I am not the first to talk about your attitude and this will affect your clients.

This is one of the thrift stores I shop most at. I always find neat things. I do have to do hunting for them, though. Plus, I always buy things that have the 50% or 75% off tag of the day to actually get a thrift price.

Old clothes and messy, visited June 15, 2019 again, the Mgr spoke only in Spanish to her customers when opening the register although many English patrons shop there. I mentioned it because it's rude when you're passed over as I was spending money. They are trying to get better organized from last visit. Nicer clothes, not customer friendly enough.Update 12/29/23The aisles are blocked, attendants won't make room for customer to shop anymore. Without the customer all the putting away won't matter.Be more customer centric with consideration please.

Beware! This store and these employees are the worst, they follow you, do not answer of your questions and ask you to leave when you’re in the checkout line. Saved me over 300 twice now doing just that. I’m outraged and disappointed in this service. They almost made me leave my phone and purse because that thought I stole it. And threaten me with pepper spray when I grabbed it. Do not go here. They don’t care about your business anyway. And someone should report them to the police. Something criminal is going on there. Ok

HIGH PRICES They've been increasing prices and it just feels not worth it. I went in yesterday and a small pack of diapers was priced at $9. (Random item viewed) I tried on two simple jackets and they were $30 and $35. WHOA!!! They do have a good selection but you might be paying higher than online resale or original pricing.

Horrible store. Employees are unhelpful, always think everyone is stealing, and very rude. They followed me around the store berating me telling me to leave and would not let me buy items on 2 separate occasions. I had over 300 dollars in merchandise to buy and was wearing see through clothing. Impossible to conceal anything, so Im unsure of the issue. The security guard even pulled out pepper spray when I tried to grab my purse and phone from the. Cart before leaving. I will be filing a complaint.

HIGHEST PRICES IN ALL OF DFW. I thrift at every store in dfw and this store is the worst with pricing. They try to sell clothes for 2x what they could even get online if they tried. Almost things are the same cost as new from retail stores. @CEO, get a grip on your prices brother. You’re a thrift store.
