This store was disappointing. Service was almost nonexistent, with prolonged waits. We were literally ignored while they served another couple who came in after us (Saturday, 2th March 24, around 3-4pm). The only redeeming factor was the exceptionally friendly and helpful security guard. Inattentiveness marred the experience, warranting a 1-star rating.

Stopped in to have toggle necklace lengthened and my bracelet cleaned. They were very busy! But the staff made sure to check on us frequently and offered bottled water as we waited. Had the pleasure of getting Marilou to assist me. She was very knowledgeable about the product and offered suggestions on adding links to my necklace. She was so patient with me during my decision making. I can appreciate great customer service during a time when it seems it has dwindled. Thank you Tiffany & Co for employees that really care!

Went to exchange a Christmas gift I received. I had spoked with customer service beforehand and reassured that I had until 1/31 to complete the exchange/return. This store refused to do so. Reached out to corporate, they were very apologetic and offered complimentary return via shipping instead. Very disappointed in the service at this store.

Best service and quality merchandise. We are always treated well and have been clients for years now. Highly recommend if you are looking for gifts, marriage ideas, or well designed products.

I was “helped” by a woman in blue cardigan - a little short and curvy side. She didn’t have a name tag or didn’t introduce herself. She wasn’t rude or anything, but wasn’t pleasant either. I think the best way to describe her is she’s just there to do the minimum. I went in to purchase a ring. But because of her attitude, I ended up ordering it online. Her last words were “You gotta support the local store instead of buying online. Or you won’t have any Tiffany store left.”Well, Tiffany store is going to extinct not because we buy it from online, but because your service is driving us away…

After looking at these previous reviews, I must’ve lucked up because my experience was the complete opposite. Even the security was nice and pleasing. My SA was Michael, ask for him. Very friendly and personable. There was also another male SA that was also friendly who wore glasses and he too was friendly.

The first time i went here i had a great experience and bought some jewelry for my girlfriend that she really liked. I decided to take her this time so she could pick out something she liked. The blonde lady that "helped" us acted annoyed at having to show us anything or help us at all. Her behavior was really off putting and my girlfriend told me she wanted to leave. I came back to Tiffany's because of the wonderful customer service but this experience really made the place seem pretentious. We only looked at jewelry for 5 minutes or so before the lady started acting annoyed and rushing us. Maybe it was because i told her i didn't know much about jewelry and asking questions, or maybe she was expecting me to dress in a suit? I don't know, but she turned away a paying customer. I was planning on buying something right then and there. I'm going to try the galleria tiffany's but maybe i'll just find a jewelry store that doesn't treat people like they are an annoyance. I wish i could remember the name of the person that helped me the first time i went by myself, her customer service was the reason i wanted to buy more from tiffany's.

Went in to look at wedding bands left with a really bad outlook of this company. Was waiting for someone to attend us and no one even bothered to acknowledge us for over 10min and we decided to leave after that. Felt racially profiled when they paid attention to everyone who was white and we happened to be the only POC.

If I could give more stars I would. My mother and I visited the boutique last weekend to for two reasons. First reason was to bring her Vintage Tiffany watch back to life, and also purchase something for my wife's Anniversary. Let me just say If I could empty out my account just for the sales associate Michael I would. I work for a competitor of Tifany's and his customer service is beyond what all companies need. Michael any time my mother feels special you have a customer for life. The Manager was also AMAZING.Thank you for making this a memorable moment for me and my mother.Dominic Roque- Stafford

I dropped my chain linked necklace off to be cleaned. My husband picked it up today and it is NOT the same necklace. The chain links are dull, the length is longer and the weight/quality is lighter. I tried contacting the store and keep getting sent to the customer service department. To make matters worse, we purchased our daughter a necklace today. I will be returning to speak to someone tomorrow.

I am a repeat customer since 2009. Tiffany's sales an everyday line but some of it is cheap. After years of patronage the first time I have had a fair exchange request due to an issue of poor quality in less than two weeks of purchase the manager,sales person, and regional director lied, challenged me, and made mefeel less than nothing. I would never buy anything from Tiffany's now or in the future.

The quality of Tiffany unfortunately has gone down tremendously. Used to be a store I loved, now I would not recommend anyone to shop from there. I don’t typically write reviews, but in my opinion their quality is terrible.
