Mario was the BEST!!! He helped me with a loan I needed ASAP. It only took about 45mins and it was really easy. This is my first time doing a title loan and he made it very understandable for me. I really appreciate everything he did for me. If I could give 10stars I would. I most definitely recommend them.

Was needing a small amount to move and pay bills. Walked into Titlemax on coit rd and was immediately greeted with a smile and handshake from Kimberly and store team. Process from beginning to ending took only 30 mins if not less. Also was given more money then what I was expecting. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Kimberly.

I went to this store in distress but cameout happy, i met Kimberly the store manager was very helpful and a great listener, and took me through the process and i got approved.Lets say i did not get apporved i would still be happy with the service provide.5 stars to the store, and another 5 stars to Kimberly.
