Cashier Rona. S was interrupting the person checking me out showing her pictures on her phone of the new car her son bought, showing pictures of her home while I was standing there listening to this conversation instead of getting checked out. Saturday, April 5th 2025 2:30pm. Terrible customer service this is why your lines are always long. It’s not break time to be sharing stories. Very disrespectful

Why these employees do not want to be at the registers??? There are like 40 people in a line!!!! And there are workers on the floor not helping!!!!! TJ Maxx needs better management..smh...

The store on Preston Rd just off of Beltline rd is overcrowded with way too much. You can't hardly get down any of the isles without tripping or bumping your cart into merchandise. It's absolutely ridiculous. Makes for a miserable shopping experience. Won't ever go back again. Hello Walmart!

Just walked out without buying anything because a young woman that was working the front, looked at my friend while she was trying to look at the reusable bags with her daughter, and she proceeds to tell her "You need to wait down there until you are called on." It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be coming to this store again and customers should be allowed to shop around while waiting to be checked out. That's the reason a que line exist in the first place.

I gave the 3 stars because the security guard & front cashiers are always nice & provide a warm greeting. The jewelry department associates at this store are horrible. They always seem short staffed or if you ask the associate for help it's like you're a bother. I purchased a pair of sunglasses & the experience was weird! They have a few luxury brands here but it isn't worth the poor treatment.

Super positive experience a few times I’ve been to this location. The jewelry section associate Ms. Xiomara Blanco and her manager were extremely helpful during my purchase of a few designer jewelry pieces over a period of a couple of days. From start to finish they provided excellent customer service. Thank you Xiomara for the follow-ups and for the amazing service you provided me.

I love TJ Max and i’ve held off on writing this review, but every time I come to this location the bathrooms are disgusting. It can’t be that hard to keep a bathroom cleaned and stocked.
