The loss of a loved one can be very overwhelming. TLC cremation made the experience less stressful. They were very nice and helped navigate me through the process.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough - the staff were extremely considerate and compassionate to me when my husband passed away, and they handled him with dignity and respect. They have reached out to me since, to check on me and offer their support. They have my utmost gratitude -

At a time when I had NO clue what to do and where to turn, TLC Cremation kindly and gently walked me through the process. They took care of every detail with loving care and professionalism.

When my grandmother passed away I had no idea what to do and felt so overwhelmed. I looked up 3 different funeral homes for cremation and TLC was so quick to respond and they were so nice to talk to. The pricing is easily explained. They tell you exactly what you're paying for and don't have any hidden fees or anything. They made the process so easy. She passed away so sudden my family and I didn't have the money on hand and wouldn't have it until 4 days later. So I called the hospital and asked them to please keep my grandmother in the morgue until we were able to pay the funeral home we chose (TLC Cremation). I called TLC and spoke to someone and let her know of the arrangements I made and she asked me to hold and that she was going to talk to the funeral director. When she came back to the phone she said that they would pickup my grandma in the next 30 minutes so she didn't have to sit in the hospital morgue and that we could give the payment and sign the paperwork when we got the money together. Nora, Elizabeth and everyone I have spoken with from TLC and Hughes Family Tribute Center were so kind, understanding and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done so we didn't have to worry while we were grieving. My family and I bought a special urn for my grandmother. My sister and I dropped it off so they could place her ashes in it. About an hour later they called me letting me know she was ready to be picked up. When we arrived Elizabeth led us to a private area and presented us the urn. She gave us the room and also assured us to take our time and to not feel like we had to rush out of there. It was such an emotional moment, my sister and I were able to cry and hug each other before we walked out to the car with our grandmother.

From the moment I had contact with Stephanie, (I hope I spelled her name right) everything was taken care of. Retrieval, cremation, full honors for a 31 year Marine Corps Vet, all I had to do was call. Stephanie repeatedly told me it was her honor to help with my Fathers final destination. Brenda was so very kind when she arrived to retrieve my Father. Stephanie made sure that my Father left our world with dignity. Veronica prepared him in full dress to be cremated. I called the day before the service to inquire about a vehicle service to which Stephanie had under control. It’s really hard to lose people. The people you choose to get you through should always be praised for doing the things that are very difficult for the family. Everyone will eventually need a business like this. I highly recommend you use TLC Cremation. Thank you Stephanie to you and your team there. Franklin was fantastic. We’re forever grateful for you having the heart you have in the business you have. Thank you for contacting the USMC on my behalf.

I recently experienced the loss of my 96 year old Grandmother. She was on hospice so I had time to prepare and make a decision a few days before I was actually at need. I was given a list of funeral homes that also listed prices from the hospice company that was caring for my Grandmother, and I made calls to several of them asking about cremation services that they offer and none of them on that list met my expectations or requirements. I had only a few basic requirements which were 1: Is the crematory on site? 2: Will my Grandmother be in care of the funeral home from start to finish? 3: Can I witness the cremation in person? After being given different answers, and the run around by several on that list I began doing my own research, and finally found TLC cremation which is part of Hughes Family Tribute Center, and Hughes Funeral Home. I called to ask a few questions, and left a message and within 5 minutes one of the owners Stephanie Hughes called me back, and took her time answering all of my questions. I was happy to find out that this location met all of my requirements and expectations, and I knew right then that this is who I would call on at my time of need. Unfortunately my at need came 24 hours later, and TLC came through just as promised. I highly recommend them their service is very professional, and dignified. I will also say that many friends of mine questioned me wanting to witness the cremation, but I can tell you that I highly recommend that you choose this option. I am at peace knowing that my loved one was cared for respectively and that the remains I received were actually my loved one. I’m also at peace knowing that my grandmother wasn’t taken to an industrial location in an undesirable location to be cremated. I also got one last chance to see my Grandmother and tell her goodbye one last time, and was with her till the end. Choose TLC you will not be disappointed.

This company is incredibly frustrating . We are still waiting for them to proceed with cremation for my step dad, after paying and completing documents weeks ago. Every few days its a new text or email asking for information that we have already given, to fill in forms that we have already filled in repeatedly, to sign documents again that were signed and submitted weeks ago. I have no idea why anyone would give them more than 2 stars. At this point I almost want to look somewhere else and have my dad moved. This incompetence is only excused if they had a recent death in the family

My mom passed away suddenly, and it was her desire to be cremated. My wife found TLC Cremation online and I was at first a bit skeptical because they only had two reviews. But then I discovered that they are just a new online service offered by Hughes Family Tribute Center (lots of good reviews, been in business for a long time) set up because they have extra capacity in their new, state-of-the-art on-site crematory (which I later got to see). I really liked not having to take the time to travel anywhere and meet with anyone face-to-face to arrange for Mom's cremation, with so very many other things I had to take care of at the same time. Stephanie did a great job of communicating via text and a phone call or two, making sure she had all the details right for the death certificates, etc. My one disappointment was that when I went to pick up the cremains, the wooden urn I chose didn't even have Mom's name engraved on it. I don't remember seeing a place to choose that option when I was placing the order (there might still be some kinks they are getting worked out in the new online system), so I assumed it was automatic (my bad assupmtion!). But they said they could take care of it easily, asked what I wanted engraved, charged me the ~$50 engraving fee, and had it done that afternoon – and then had one of their people deliver it right to my house the next day (along with the death certificates)! So all in all, it was a great experience, and the one thing I wasn't happy about they made right immediately with a great attitude! I would definitely recommend them!

Stephanie and her whole team helped us more than I could ever express. They were there for all questions and helped make a difficult time much easier.
