Where do I even begin. I went into the location without an appointment and was greeted by the friendliest person! He was extremely helpful and got lots of information for my fiancé and I. During this meeting he gave us some pricing and discussed our budget. The numbers he provided and the fabric we selected were in that budget. We wanted to move forward, but I forgot the nice gentleman’s name. I called in to get some information and a lady answered. She was also pleasant so I described what we were needing. She offered to come to our house and take his measurements. I explained the exact colors we were interested in and asked her to text us some samples so neither of our time is wasted. She also provided us with some loose numbers which were also in alignment with what the original rep quoted us. Our appointment comes and there’s a man with her. A different man than the one I met before. I believe his name was Richard. This man was the most disrespectful individual I’ve ever met in my life. He was insulting and wildly unprofessional. After their unnecessarily long presentation the price he quoted us was DOUBLE then what was originally quoted by 2 other individuals. In addition, once we stated we were not interested. He high tailed it out of our house without even shaking our hands and just walked away. The issue for us is the bait and switch. I’m sure they make a lovely product but we can’t in good faith spend money with a company who has terrible customer service. I was hoping the lovely lady was going to follow up and ask for feedback, but it’s been a few weeks and I’ve heard nothing from them. It’s unfortunate it ended this way but I did want to warn future shoppers.

Michelle Kaserman in Dallas is great! I’m in a remote rural location with no available Tom James rep. My daughter measured me and I coordinate with Michelle, who recommends styles and colors based on preference. Notably, she tells me what NOT to pick, based on it not being a good color or not working with what I have.

I never thought I would wear custom clothes, but once I did I won't wear anything else. I absolutely love Tom James Company. Quality is top notch and I never have to worry about it.
