Parking lot is dirty, half the gas pumps keyboards don’t work so you can’t use your gas rewards or use contactless payment. The pumps never have receipt paper. They put a $200 hold on your card even though the pumps say a hold of $1 - $125 will be used. Basically it’s useless to pay at the pump because you have to go inside anyway to get a receipt or use your rewards as well as prevent a $200 hold on your card. Tom Thumb get it together and hire a manager who will do their job!

Pleasant associates. Up to date soda machines with blueberry Dr. Pepper! Diesel is 3.75 and Regular gas is 3.39Taquitos are 1.60 each.

XactAir in Tom Thumb is a scammer! Their air is not working. Please be aware with their scamming business. We’re deducted for $3.00 and wouldn’t refund our money even if it WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. The employee who works their is Indian - it’s just $3.00 but we wasted our time and even its small amount he didn’t want to give our money back.

There are about 2 or three staff members that are are always so welcoming and helpful, but on I need to mention is SHUN D!!! I am a female who often shops in the area, and most of the time feels safe, but one day encountered a male who had followed me into the parking lot with his car (I was on foot, and with some scratchers. If you’re a woman, you can relate to that intentional stare/follow and “inconspicuous” looking round. The first time I really had an experience with her, I had to (without making too much of a scene) notify through the microphone to Shun D, with absolute dependency, to watch the man (“behind me”) who had followed me in and was “rummaging” through sandwiches with a side eye. The ONE time I hadn’t been able to visually locate security, but she handled the situation wonderfully! She scoped for back up while engaging my fake conversation. She made a huge impact on me that night!I was so focused on watching my surroundings and making it home, I hadn’t the ability to remember the name she gave me when I left. THANK GOODNESS I came in on her shift tonight, and not only did she remember me, but my partner who had come in separately!!!Express has got a great one in her. Thankfully, I can’t say I would have had a life changing or life ending experience, though I am inclined to believe so, all because Shun D was there this time!! So glad I got the chance to be a customer of her again, and beyond that, she had full recollection of MULTIPLE angles of experiences my household has had ?Thank you Shun D!!!!! Seriously!
