The pharmacy filled a prescription in about an hour special shout out for Alexia, she went above and beyond for me and she should get a raise! Once again they filled my meds in an hour - Michael was awesome ??

Jayden took care of me, even filled a prescription quickly while I waited! He was wonderful, took pride in his work, and knew exactly how to handle my particular situation (which is difficult for some pharmacies). To management: please give Jayden some massive props from the 6'7" girl in the blue polkadot dress (and honestly, probably some more money)!

The most incompetent bunch of people I’ve ever received service from. I was supposed to receive a 30 day supply of a controlled substance before I MOVED OUT OF THE COUNTRY. But, because of their ignorance and carelessness, they instead gave me an 8 day supply that my psychiatrist had recently called in to cancel. The woman I spoke to after my husband had picked up the incorrect supply even saw this on my file and was unable to fix it since it’s a controlled substance. Now I am left with a week of medication in a foreign country where they don’t even have the medication I need! Additionally, the cap was barely on the bottle! You guys need to be more diligent ESPECIALLY if you’re working with people’s meds. 0/100 go somewhere else, save yourself the headache.

I’m starting to believe that these people are severely racist at this location. Every single time I come up here, there’s an issue with my prescription. No where else but here. They consistently send me away always and say wait for them to text me, the text never comes. I call and then the prescription is ready. Today I go up there to pick up prescription visibly in pain, he sends me away, takes my new insurance information, puts it in the system wrong. So after waiting 2 hours I call up there and they say something is wrong with insurance, I say ok, what do I need to do to have my prescription changed to different pharmacy and suddenly it will be filled by the time I come back up there. Totally ridiculous. Went right into the system to make sure my DR never sends another one of my scripts to this location. Just a mess. I guess I’m the wrong color, white gentleman walks up and his wasn’t processed but they asked him to wait. Just freaking hilarious. You will receive your karma, if not in this life, definitely the next one!!

Big shout out to Charity at Forest and Preston store ! We had difficulty receiving our delivery order and spoke with multiple people to sort it out. When we finally were able to speak with Charity in home delivery, we had all of our missing items delivered within the hour. Then received a phone call from him to make sure the delivery was complete. Great customer service! Thank you, Charity!

Not the greatest service at this location. I called the pharmacy an hour after I left the dr. office to check on asthma medication for my 4 year old. Gave them my insurance information and I was told that they were working on my order and I would be getting a text once they were ready to be picked up. Never received the text. Next morning, I was at the pharmacy as soon as they opened up and I was told all prescriptions were denied by the insurance company as if my daughter was not covered under the policy. After a few questions, I discovered they check through an older insurance and not what I had provided a day before. I was asked to wait for 20 minutes so they could work on the prescription. About 30 minutes had gone by and I checked in again and was told to come back in 20 minutes. I finally told the pharmacist that all I needed was 2 out of 4 prescriptions and all other meds could wait to be picked up in a later time. Overall, the lack of communication at this location is a major red flag. If the insurance had not gone through, I would imagine that a courtesy call or text message would be appropriate. If I knew the day before that was the case, I would had stop by and dealt with it. My 4 year old was in need of an inhaler ASAP. This location needs a major trainer in customer service.

Switching pharmacies. You people effed me over for the last time. 2 stars for simple fact that I did eventually receive my medication. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have been coming to Nikkifor 21 years and beforethis location she was my Pharmacist for another 10. years at a different location. Sheila is great too! . This is a great Pharmacy staff reliable and kind and efficient!

Sadly, this is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They routinely say they don't receive prescriptions from doctor's offices and that they don't have medications in stock. Long wait times and unfriendly staff. I advise going elsewhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Based on my experience, I tend to prefer Tom Thumb pharmacies better than most others compared to pricing and service.Clean store front with plenty of parking. Easy access.
